29/01/2025: We arrived at this place by chance, also driven by the positive reviews. I must say that we were pleasantly impressed by the menu proposal and the dishes more than met our expectations. It's not easy to find a place that's completely vegan and also offers gluten-free options. Piedmontese starter above expectations. Overall I rate this experience as satisfactory, we will return to try other dishes.

28/01/2025: Very welcoming place, excellent food, helpful and friendly staff. The only small flaw was that the service was a little slow, but as we weren't in a hurry, we enjoyed the excellent lunch.

As soon as we arrived we received an incredibly warm welcome - the service is not only professional, but also very attentive and full of passion for what they do. You really feel welcome and well looked after here. The spa area is an absolute highlight: inspired by Roman bathing culture, with stylish design, soothing water pools and an ambience that immediately invites you to deep relaxation. Particularly impressive is the cold water pool with a view of the sky, which is reminiscent of the ancient frigidarium - a true experience for body and mind. The Fink Hotel also has something very special to offer in terms of cuisine. The kitchen follows the principles of Hildegard von Bingen and focuses on healthy, soothing and wholesome dishes. Each dish not only tastes excellent and intense thanks to local products, but is also aimed at strengthening the body and well-being. A wonderful combination of enjoyment and health! The location couldn't be better either - right in the heart of Brixen, perfect for exploring the city and beyond. The well-known photo spot with the church of St. Johann in Val di Funes is also only a 25-minute drive away - and can even be easily reached by bus from the hotel. Despite its central location, the hotel is still a real oasis of peace. Whether for a short stopover, weekend trip or longer vacation - it is an absolute recommendation from us!

07/02/2025: The care and attention to the South Tyrolean culinary tradition, revisited in a modern key, and the use of the highest quality products, made our dinner a true culinary experience. Gourmet dinner with impeccable service. I rediscovered them after their transformation and renovation and it was a pleasant rediscovery.

27/10/2024: Cercando i migliori ristoranti di Capri, tramite internet, ha colpito la mia attenzione questo ristorante, per punteggio e per l'eleganza della location. Devo dire che, su 5 sere, è stata la migliore cena della vacanza. Bella l'ambientazione, ottimo il servizio, le materie prime e la cucina. Ho anche chiesto un piatto fuori menù, che mi è stato preparato senza problemi dallo chef. Ottima anche la delizia al limone, una tentazione da non perdere!

14/01/2025: Excellent food, I also appreciated the formula of trying many dishes but I didn't like some of the starters. Good selection of wines and honest prices. Service a little slow even though I visited midweek and there were few other diners. The tortellini and all the second courses I tried were spectacular.
