19/02/2025: The ViVi - Piazza Navona is located in the historic center of Rome, Rione VI (Parione). The view of the splendid square from the tables placed outside is very suggestive. Several times after visiting the Museum of Rome - Palazzo Braschi I stopped in this place and I was always satisfied with the location and what was offered, generally a breakfast, enriched with pastries or a slice of cake, but also an excellent aperitif. As a service offered, there is the possibility of carrying out smart working without problems, If what you read was pleasant and helpful, I invite you to read my other reviews.

17/02/2025: I ordered the vegan ceasar salad and it was the best salad i've ever eaten. Plenty of vegan options!!! The cinnamon, orange, carrot, almond cake was delicious too. They warmed it up and it smelled heavenly.

16/02/2025: Bolognese sauce is delicious whether it's pasta or lasagna, and it's not too salty. As someone who doesn't like medium-rare steaks, the rib eye here gave me a new understanding. The meat is delicious and medium-rare. Use fork to book a table to get a discount.

16/02/2025: The food is great, the place is beautiful and very well located and the staff is charming. We liked it so much that we went to eat a Bistecca (which was super delicious, the meat melted in your mouth and the flavor was incredible) and we returned the next day to eat pasta before leaving Florence. The price is more than reasonable for the quality and considering that it is in the center. And with The Fork offers even more. Without a doubt recommended and if we return to Florence we will eat there again

Simply exceptional and I believe that one star is reductive because it manages in a unique way to enhance simple materials by offering an experience that one has the pleasure of finding in few starred ones. For me it is at least a two star with the third within reach

01/12/2024: I had an excellent culinary experience which allowed me to experience and see the ingredients of Calabria valorised in the "origini" tasting menu. It is beautiful how the traditional tastes to which we are affectionately linked thanks to childhood memories become technique and art. This is how from the poor taste (of Calabrian poverty, of the peasants) we move on to the luxurious taste (rich in aromas, mixtures and refinement). Top service. If I really have to make a comment, the restaurant decor is really minimal, a little cold for me.
