07/06/2025: Premetto che quando vado in centro è una tappa fissa il "Perché no" perché il gelato è buono, da adesso in poi non lo sarà più. Mi sono recata un giorno nell'ora di pranzo a prendere una brioche con il gelato. Mi serve una signora anziana scortese e arrogante ( non che gli altri a servire siano meglio) che non sa come si sta al pubblico e come di trattano le persone. Mi prepara la brioche e mette poco più di due palline di gelato, una pallina di menta e una di lavanda ovviamente schiacciandole così sembrava di più; io stupita dalla ridicola quantità di gelato che aveva appoggiato sulla brioche le faccio presente che era troppo poco e con fare molto maleducato e irrispettoso mi dice che posso andare via e non prenderlo. Sono stata contenta che mi abbia detto così anche perché sarei andata via io lasciandogliela in mano, per fortuna mi ha anticipato. Premetto che il prezzo era 7.00 € NON POCO. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO a fiorentini e turisti.

Maybe the prices have gone up a bit, not for a quick lunch and a work lunch break, a bit expensive. But a nice reality for the area in which it is located La Vigliena is Nun name of tradition

20/05/2025: Le Proposte is located in a small village on the top of a hill, in a panoramic position. It has outdoor tables in the summer season. The internal room is very welcoming. The menu is very interesting, with local and traditional products. The staff are all very kind and prepared. The owners are also very welcoming. As always, we had a divine lunch. An experience of flavors. A place to consider when passing through these parts.

22/12/2024: Excellent trattoria, we ate appetizers, first courses of homemade pasta, tagliatelle with mushrooms, very good perhaps too much garlic for my taste, as second courses meat, lamb ribs very good, excellent tender tasty sliced, we also tasted a plate of abundant snails with a truly mouth-watering sauce accompanied with good bread. Well done, positive experience to absolutely recommend. Welcoming informal environment, friendly staff, cost 40 euros per person.

Every time I can I go back there... If you want to be in paradise, you have to eat at Gisa's, always something special and if you want also something to try. Apart from the professionalism and cordiality of Manola and Micaela, let's not overlook the founder Gisa with the strength and determination that only women have. 18/05/2025: We had lunch here with a couple of friends. Very kind staff, with excellent proposals even off the menu. We ordered a selection of cheeses and courgette flowers with burrata as an appetizer, as first courses the cappellacci with ragù and those with taleggio sauce and pistachios, the tortelli with hemp flour filled with asparagus and raw ham and the purple tagliatelle. For dessert we chose the millefoglie with strawberries and the tenerina (outstanding). Good choice of wines and delicious homemade bread. Average prices, fair compared to the excellent quality of the food served. Highly recommended!
