Excellent selection of boiled meats and roasts between Montichiari and Lonato. The restaurant looks like a classic trattoria with ample parking. Inside the place is nice and clean. The house specialty is linked to an excellent selection of mixed boiled and roasted meats served with pearà alla Veronese or other sauces and, possibly, some side dishes. The cart of homemade desserts is also well stocked. Good value for money.

At Folzone it's a guarantee. I saw an episode of truck drivers in a restaurant with chef Rubio and my mouth was immediately watering to try Stefano's cuisine, a very nice person who serves the cart to the various guests with technique and courtesy. When I can and I'm around here in Lonato I go to have dinner there. I recommend only taking the boiled or roasted dishes because it is a demanding dish. The desserts are also very good if you get to the end. To try

Cozy and comfortable place, efficient and friendly staff. Excellent and carefully prepared first courses, don't miss the selection of boiled meats and roasts. Absolutely adequate price. The only small flaw? The coffee was really bad.

For a certain period I frequented it almost every day, to the point of memorizing the desserts on the trolley... all very good... Stefano and his trolley of boiled and roasted meats are a certainty, filled pasta first courses deserve ... in the last period however it only opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The place is welcoming, with trained staff. All good, but let's say you bet everything on the boiled meat trolley... the rest without personality. A skimpy grill. A cut without art or part. Passable tartare. Stale bread. The dessert trolley is well stocked and everything is good. The other doors that are not the boiled meats need to be reviewed

Ambiente molto pulito e ordinato, Menù senza troppi fronzoli ma sicuramente in grado di soddisfare i palati più esigenti. Ottima qualità dei piatti proposti con una nota particolare al bollito servito direttamente dal fumante carrello continuamente rifornito a conferma della qualità e freschezza del prodotto. Servizio attento e veloce da rendere perfetto magari con qualche sorriso in più da parte del personale femminile. Prezzo assolutamente concorrenziale. Bravi !!!!!

Le mie aspettative erano alte viste le recensioni e la difficoltà che ho incontrato per trovare posto, ma sono purtroppo state deluse. Non ho mangiato male, intendiamoci, ma tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato era assolutamente nella media, compresi i tanto decantati bolliti. La spesa invece è stata alta se si considera la tipologia del locale ed il servizio.
