They recently moved to their new location, and the atmosphere is anything but a simple osteria. Beautiful, well-set tables in a large, rustic yet refined room with illuminated walls and bottles of wine that add a touch of class. Very friendly staff, quick service, and excellent dishes with a variety of menu options. It's quite expensive for an osteria, with the cheapest dish costing €15 and a cover charge of €4.

A new version of Giardino dei Semplici. The location remains the same, but the management has changed, taking over from the renowned Osteria Malabocca. It offers three different menus, including vegetarian options, and you can choose your favorite. Enjoy a couple of hours in the ever-beautiful town of Bagnacavallo.

I had the pleasure of trying the newly opened Osteria Malabocca, and the experience was very positive. The restaurant is elegant and well-kept, with a modern yet welcoming feel. The dishes are refined and innovative, while maintaining a strong connection to local tradition and the use of local products. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere complete the experience. Wonderful experience at Osteria Malabocca! The new location is truly splendid: elegant yet welcoming. The dishes are carefully prepared and very tasty, with great attention to the quality of the ingredients. The wine selection is also excellent, pairing well with the dishes. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. A place we'll gladly return to!

The flavors and dishes are good and well-prepared. The service could be improved. If you serve multiple sauces, it's better to use a teaspoon for each. If they ask for the bill, bringing it to the table is better. Anyway, it's worth a try.

We went for lunch after the civil ceremony and it was an excellent choice. The vegetarian menu was spectacular, with original and flavorful dishes. The service was impeccable; they were very friendly and attentive at all times. A beautiful place for a special occasion. Highly recommended.

16/12/2025: The dishes are more than abundant, the quality is good, the staff is kind, the atmosphere is welcoming
14/12/2025: Group of 15 people, we had seafood appetizers, fish and meat first courses, fish and meat second courses. Homemade desserts were good and plentiful. Everything was good and the portions were generous, we left satisfied. Friendly staff and fast service. I recommend it!! It's difficult to be disappointed by the food. The only flaw I found, and which is found in the vast majority of restaurants, are the bathrooms, which could be less neglected, and I'm not talking about the dirt made by customers (12 o'clock) but old dirt on the floors, even under the pedals to turn on the water, corners, etc. I find that clean bathrooms are a form of respect for customers.
