A pleasant discovery, an experience to savor again and again. The king is the unique and undisputed cod, the flavors, aromas, and combinations are unique, the menu is refined and elegant, the atmosphere is the owner. It will definitely be a must-visit!!!!!!

A modern and welcoming location in Somma Vesuviana. Locanda Nonna Rosa is a unique establishment, with a menu almost entirely based on cod. Yet among the highlights I recommend is the veal cheek, simply extraordinary, as is the Bao with cod burger. Their revisited pastiera is a must-try. In fact, the menu perfectly combines tradition and innovation. Excellent service. Recommended.

09/06/2026: Can repeat the previous comments for the best pasta, it indeed was. Lovely small place and bistro type setup. We sat outside and guess there’s only space for couple of tables only inside so good to arrive early. Positive was also the place is open during the day and no need to wait for the usual dinner time. You can also buy products to go.
09/06/2026: The best pasta we had during our 3 week trip across Italy (and we had plenty of good pasta). A modest and unassuming place - so good we ordered an additional dish.

03/05/2026: Our experience at The Fourth Mile was exceptional from start to finish. They graciously accommodated our party of 20, making the entire evening feel seamless and special. We chose the Sunset Aperitif package, which was absolutely perfect. It offered a lovely indoor/outdoor setup with stunning vineyard views, and as the evening cooled, we were able to transition into our own private indoor space, an ideal balance of ambiance and comfort. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that our large group was well taken care of throughout the event. The service felt effortless, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, and paired beautifully with the wine selection. Overall, The Fourth Mile is a perfect destination for large gatherings. We had an incredible time and are already looking forward to coming back for more amazing food, wine, and hospitality.
