07/09/2025: We had lunch today at LA LOCANDA DEI BORGIA for the baptism of our friends' son, we already were on May 1, 2024 and we returned for this event ..... what can I say, very abundant food of the highest quality .... there is the possibility of choosing the land menu or the sea menu ... my wife chose the sea menu and I the land menu, I must say both very abundant and the food was fresh and well cooked ... we were satisfied it is difficult nowadays to find a place where you can feel good and eat very, very well .... not to mention the owner I don't remember the name, a VERY KIND, VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL person, who makes you feel as if you were at home .... he welcomes you very warmly and immediately puts you at ease ..... what can I say, really compliments to this inn ..... we will definitely return as soon as possible .... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING THERE if you want to enjoy excellent food without wasting money .....

12/06/2025: I always go there willingly.. Very kind, nice place, good quality, and also abundant quantity.. Good wine branded Il Mulo that you drink it drinks and it goes with the meal. It ends with vin santo and different types of cantuccini.. Oh very good house bitter. Fixed menu Everything at €25.

03/09/2025: I'm giving it 4 stars only perhaps because the service isn't very dynamic, but it's partly our fault, as we're used to everything being served right away. We asked the reception at the bed and breakfast for a place where locals go to eat; they recommended this trattoria, and we were largely satisfied. We're both not particularly fit for health reasons, so we ordered grilled sea bass, well-cooked and deboned, along with a side dish, water, and dessert. Highly recommend.

26/08/2025: A truly worthwhile place! I visited this pizzeria with my partner and was truly satisfied. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism by a friendly gentleman (Tito), who we later learned was the owner, and he immediately made us feel at ease. The quality of the products is exceptional, both for the pizza and the grilled meat. The pizzas are light and easy to digest, with a wide variety of flavors, including on weekends with whole wheat dough. Above all, they use fresh, top-quality ingredients, while the meat was tender and cooked to perfection—a true feast for the palate. Furthermore, a detail that makes the difference is the cleanliness. The clean and tidy bathrooms demonstrate the attention and care the owners have for every aspect of the place. Highly recommended for those looking for excellent pizza, a high-quality steak, and impeccable service. With ample parking nearby, I return whenever I can.

03/08/2025: Away from the crowds, in a charming nook surrounded by greenery, we had the opportunity to relax for a couple of hours. A very quiet spot, where we ate: two stuffed focaccias, a sandwich with salmon, guacamole, and cream cheese, a small sandwich with grilled vegetables, a homemade tart with sour cherry jam for dessert, and two coffees. The menu is extensive, offering first courses, salads, second courses, and much more. It's also an ideal place for an aperitif or a simple coffee. We had a great time; everything was delicious, a pleasant and relaxing lunch break. The staff were very welcoming, approachable yet professional, and we even had time to chat.

03/08/2025: Cena semplice ma piacevole .. , abbiamo cenato in due in questo localino senza pretese, ma davvero ben gestito. Atmosfera tranquilla, servizio cortese e piatti buoni. Conto onesto e giusto per quanto offerto. Consigliato per una serata rilassata e senza sorprese!

12/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale (trovato tramite il B&B dove alloggiamo) ieri sera a cena e che dire.... tutto squisito! Fave e cicoria una delizia, paccheri al datterino giallo e speck favolosi eppoi una puccia ripiena da urlo! Personale gentilissimo e attento al cliente. Trovandosi nei paraggi è una meta da consigliare sicuramente.

20/07/2025: Disappointing. Got the Risotto which was bland and pasty, wife got the veggie burger which was more like an egg sandwich. Service was good, prices a bit high. At least the potato disks were good.

29/08/2025: The salad consists of a few lettuce leaves and tomatoes, and the tagliatelle was tiny. I didn't realize it was an appetizer. The waitress kept staring at me strangely. So, in conclusion, it's not worth it!

04/08/2025: Dining available indoors or al fresco under a tent with hanging vines, etc -- very romantic. They specialize in huge, fresh white mushrooms as well as black truffles. We had the mushrooms, which are absolutely not to be missed. Pastas and fish completed the meal. Service was excellent and the wait staff swift, efficient and extremely gracious. The sommelier provided an excellent suggestion for wine pairing. All in all, a superb experience on a warm mid-summer night at sundown. We will be back! Just be aware, however, there are extra charges for bread, butter, still water (bottled) and a cover charge for the "tablecloth."

02/08/2025: Ringrazio lo Chef Victor Hugo per la proposta dell’ottima frittura di pesce delicatissima e tenera, l’insalata di gamberi, songino e avocado squisita! Il dolce… senza parole, una coccola per cuore e papille, che dire: una cucina che vuole rendere felice l’ospite, quasi come in un film, la cura, la cortesia, gli ingredienti freschi e di qualità, tempi perfetti, grazie allo Chef e a tutto lo staff, tornerò prestissimo 😉

05/09/2025: If you're in Pietrasanta and want to try something different but good, I recommend this place. The cuisine is free of animal products. We had some very good plant-based cheeses with their sauces and jams. We also had some plant-based tordelli, which are usually made with meat. I must say they were excellent. The cheese on the tordelli was plant-based but very good. The risotto, being a specialty, requires a different approach, but the risotto I had, called Mediterraneo, was very good. Finally, the dessert, a meringue with berries, was delicious. I highly recommend it and will return to try other dishes.

04/09/2025: We had a delicious meal at one of the few vegan restaurants in the area. Everything was freshly prepared, and it was a wonderful experience to try something new. We both had a wonderful dinner. Will definitely be back... Best, Mike & Ingrid
