22/08/2025: Everything was perfect!!! The staff were kind and attentive, making you feel right at home. I tried the arrosticini, skewers, and sausage: everything was excellent, the meat melted in your mouth and the flavors were very distinct. If you're passing through Villabate, you can't miss them!!

07/09/2025: First night, very good pizza, great service. So we decided to order again the next day. Same address as the day before. Except nothing happened. They told me to call back, so I tried with my French-Italian. The person on the phone was super unpleasant. And I received a message saying my order was canceled.

09/08/2025: Impeccable service and amazing food, they even give a limoncello shot in the end. I'd suggest the mix of grilled fish.

09/08/2025: Everything was delicious! I was there in March 2025 with friends. I'll gladly return. I want to mention the kindness of the staff. I have one regret: there was an amazing lasagna that I didn't order. I regret it. Don't make the same mistake I did!

28/06/2025: We chose the Meiro restaurant in Castelmagno for the trip of the grandparents from Villastellone and we feel like recommending it highly! The location is fantastic and very spacious with a splendid view of its mountains. Susanna who followed us from the beginning, was able to accommodate all our requests, everything was perfectly organized. The staff was very kind and professional. Everything was perfect, excellent cuisine from the appetizers to the cake, we received only compliments. We couldn't have made a better choice.

15/06/2025: Having recently done a trek in the beautiful Valle Grana (Cuneo) I had the pleasure and fortune of staying at La Meiro where the Swiss group with whom I walked for six days was welcomed by the friendly and courteous Mrs. Susanna who made us feel at home. Excellent aperitifs, dinners and breakfasts, but also sandwiches for packed lunches. Here you can find the true and unique Castelmagno cheese, produced according to the rules of the art. It is delicious! THANKS SUSANNA!

27/07/2025: We ate very well: Vicenza-style cod with polenta and tagliolini with fish, a glass of prosecco and a bottle of water, and we spent €52.00. I definitely recommend it.

21/07/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever had, crispy yet soft. I chose the classic Margherita, while my partner dared to try a special: both of us were very satisfied while waiting for a concert. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: A charming outdoor setting with a beautiful view of the hills surrounding Susegana. Excellent, well-prepared food. Very friendly staff.

11/07/2025: Found this place by chance (luckily...). They offer quality Italian cuisine. The owner, a true Romagna native, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. Worth it.

06/07/2025: During the day, a delicatessen/fresh pasta shop specializing in the so-called "minestre romagnole" (the great classics: cappelletti, tagliatelle, strozzapreti and co.), and on weekends also open in the middle of the night in a hot food restaurant mode, with a small selection of first courses made on the spot, to satisfy those... night-time hunger pangs. Good homemade product at a fair price, with generous portions. One of the few establishments that serves food until 2 am, perhaps the only one that goes until 4 am. Courteous and friendly manager. Try it! Worth it.

08/09/2025: We celebrated our wonderful wedding on July 19, 2025, at Locanda del Cavaliere. We would like to thank Paola and Roberta for their guidance, support, and advice, but above all for their kindness and professionalism. It's a magnificent venue, the food is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is truly magical. We created wonderful memories during our wedding weekend, from the ceremony to dinner and Sunday brunch. Thanks again, especially to Roberta, who made our dreams come true and was so supportive. We will return to the restaurant for dinner to enjoy this splendid setting again.

07/07/2025: We came here as a couple with our little dog last Saturday, and it was one of our best culinary experiences in Italy! We ate pasta with fresh tuna, pasta with lemon, anchovies, and burrata, as well as the rabbit, and all three dishes were truly exceptional! Fresh produce, local, and slow-cooked cuisine—a real delight! All with excellent, friendly, and responsive service—in short, you have to go!

11/09/2025: Great food, decent prices, great service. The staff speaks english. We payed 33 euro for 2 pizzas, 2 aperol spritzes, and a bottle of water. EDIT. It was so good that we came back the next day and had an antipasti and a foccacia to share. Both great!

04/09/2025: It must have been a bad night, but the pizza had sour stracciatella. The fried food was good, except that half the cauliflower in the batter was raw. The staff was very friendly.

30/08/2025: Quality reigns supreme in this restaurant. I found it by chance, and I must say it was a true taste experience. The products were served with great care, not to mention the kindness of the family. I recommend it to everyone.

03/09/2025: Just finished touring the Berlucchi winery and hunger came over us. While using google we saw most of the places within 10miles were closed or unappealing except this place. We had never tried the Serbian cuisine before but, given the outstanding photos and circumstances we were willing to give it a try. Upon arrival in a very quaint small town, we noticed it looked like they were winding down and getting ready to close. We informed them that we had anticipated trying the food since it looked so good and and that we were on vacation from the states. The extremely nice lady (who turned out to be the aunt) and owner said "No one gets turned away while hungry.....". From there, pure joy began! It was as if we (party of 4) had been invited into their home for hospitality and a home cooked meal! When I say meal, I MEAN A DAMN GOOD MEAL! The ladies in the back (I'm thinking it had to be someone's mom or grandma) put out STRAIGHT FIRE RECIPES!!!! Believe me when I say I don't normally rant / rave about an experience or food unless it's knock your socks off good. This place and owner (family) delivered just that. The proof is in the stars and it's SHAMEFUL that this place isn't averaging 5 STARS because they are stellar (service, food, hospitality, atmosphere, ambience, location, price)! Seriously WTH would someone else want. Honestly, I didn't want to leave and bet everything I'm coming back again and again (From Houston, TX, USA) when in Italy. There's no doubt in my mind they wouldn't have a line (wait outside) out the door in the states as good of food, quality, pricing, and service they deliver. JUST WOW! Thank you owner(s) (Whom I never got to know by name) for the amazing experience and hospitality of the Serbian culture. It was an absolutely joy to have been received by your establishment. May your establishment continues to prosper while consistently providing delightfully delicious high quality Serbian meals to everyone especially for first timers; whereby putting Serbian food on the map!!! It's because of you, I'm seeking out the Serbian cuisine back home (Houston, TX) LOL! At least now I have something to compare it to. Your place definitely blessed my holiday trip!! 29/08/2025: This Serbian cuisine inn is a pleasant surprise: a unique atmosphere, carefully prepared dishes, helpful and welcoming owners, and plenty of stories to tell. If you're not in the area, plan a visit: it's worth it!
