15/07/2025: In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Alessandria: the Orecchia di Elefante (truly enormous, worth a meal alone) is unmissable, but the rest of the menu is equally excellent. The service is impeccable, full of attentiveness. The ambiance, consisting of the dining rooms and the outdoor seating area, is very refined.
A wide selection of wines, including the bulk Barbera and Nebbiolo.
Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: I trusted the reviews and can confirm what's already been said. Finally, a deli with a variety of food, quality, and consistent prices. I appreciate the staff's service approach: you come in, choose, pay, bring your tray, and go. If you like to be smart, this is the place for you.
12/08/2025: The mozzarella we ordered was spectacular, and next time we'll order buffalo meat, which we've never eaten before. I'm curious to know what it's like because I imagine it to be soft and juicy.

01/09/2025: We dined here, two adults, a child, and a dog. The restaurant's interior is spectacular, but what really makes it special is the waiter who welcomed and served us, and the dishes...all delicious and spectacular, presented in a truly 5* way...and the desserts? Wow!!!
A place to recommend and definitely return to. Congratulations!

07/09/2025: We stopped by for Sunday lunch. The location is truly beautiful. The food and service are average. Nothing special. From a place where there's reserved parking for Rolls Royces and bottles costing hundreds of euros, I expect impeccable service and a different image.... Waiters in t-shirts are simply unheard of, and I didn't find the excellence of the food that's so much touted. The place is overrated, but if that's how the customers like it, good for them.

09/08/2025: An amazing fermented food restaurant!! We made a reservation because we were interested in the fermented food menu using koji. We had three people for lunch.
The ingredients were organic and of high quality, so we were assured of their quality.
The menu only had 7- or 10-course meals.
Every dish was amazing! We learned a lot about the unique and unconventional use of koji, the key ingredient in Japanese fermented foods. The shabu-shabu, made with koji, herbs, and aromatics, was also incredibly delicious. 😋✨
To be honest, some of the dishes were a bit off-putting, but most had complex, deep flavors that were hard to imagine from their appearance.
You could really tell that a lot of effort went into their preparations.
The bread was also incredibly delicious! The kombucha was elegant! Everything was handmade and made with organic ingredients, so the value for money was excellent!!
The only downside was that many of the dishes were unpopular with children.

17/08/2025: Excellent Sunday lunch, delicious food. A generous selection of eight appetizers, as pictured. Two first courses: tagliatelle with mushrooms and plin. Second course: rabbit and veal roulade, potatoes on the side, and dessert. Everything was delicious, authentic, and so plentiful that we couldn't finish everything. The restaurant is very bright and the staff are friendly. Overall, this is our second time there and we'll be back! Highly recommended!
17/08/2025: We went here for a family dinner! The place is wonderful, a cabin in the woods surrounded by trees.
Magical. The food is sublime.
Everything was authentic and flavorful, from appetizers to dessert. We tried the entire menu (until the end, which is a real achievement for me 🤣) and I must say that many delicious dishes were served. The photos speak for themselves. The service was simple but courteous, and the server was very kind.
Definitely worth a try, they were excellent!

17/08/2025: Just this morning I made a reservation at the restaurant in question, but when we arrived, the reservation magically wasn't there, and we had to wait standing for half an hour. After seating us, they took our order, and the raw seafood was brought to us without bread, without asking if we wanted water, and with the Coke forgotten, which we had to repeatedly ask the waiter for. I have nothing to say about the raw seafood, which was fresh and good, nor about the owner, who was accommodating to our requests. The service is a flaw.

16/09/2025: Located on a narrow street in the upper part of Bolsena's historic center, we dined on the street as evening fell. Special mention goes to the pork fillet with apples and a honey and balsamic vinegar reduction. The baked calamari was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Congratulations!

The server, very dynamic, passionately introduces us to wines from his region. The cheese and charcuterie board is made up of quality products. A great place that I highly recommend! 🌼
