Ristorante da Buso is number 1!! Quality, attention, and care—I don't think you could ask for more... our returns to Caorle are mainly for them.

We were there yesterday, May 1st.
I booked after seeing the reviews here.
The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing; despite the crowd, there was no sense of stress from the service.
Excellent food.
Everything we ate was excellent.
The service was top-notch. The staff was super efficient, very kind and helpful, even with my furry friend.
My heartfelt congratulations.
Thank you for your hospitality.
We'll be back.

We visited this restaurant first in Caorle. Not because we chose it but because it simply caught our eye after parking the car. And I must say that everything was excellent. The service was helpful and smiling. The food was delicious without a doubt.. ( SUPER )👍🙏🙏🙏🙏

We'd been recommended other places in Caorle, but we chose this restaurant based on the reviews we'd read, and I must say they were spot on. Everything was excellent: food, wine, attentive and competent service... and the bill too.

Highly recommended. First time in Caorle...an experience worth repeating.
Very friendly staff, a cozy and very pleasant atmosphere, and excellent food. I recommend the five cicchetti appetizers, the casco e pepe pasta dish with raw red shrimp tartare, and the banana and parsley sorbet. My husband and I will be back tomorrow evening.

We went there for lunch on Valentine's Day. What can I say, everything was wonderful! For appetizers, we had baby octopus with mashed potatoes and scallops with bacon, which were HEAVENLY! An absolute delight! For main courses, we had spaghetti with squid ink and cuttlefish tagliatelle, and bigoli with turnip greens, bottarga, and sardines—delicious! To finish, a rich chocolate dessert. We absolutely recommend it; excellent value. Plus, the service is very fast.
