03/06/2025: A short, unexpected stop on a motorbike, but what a lovely surprise, both the food and the welcome, a real gem, authentic and delicious cuisine, the owner wanted to offer us a digestif, but we declined his offer because we were on a motorbike, but what a lovely intention! We recommend it 100% and even the price is very reasonable. The fresh ravioli stew was excellent.

Una caponata, una schiacciata, un tagliere di salumi, acqua e un calice di vino €38,50. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Sicuramente da ripetere

Il menù contiene degli antipasti corposi per chi come me desidera stare leggera ma godere del buon cibo. Ed è quello che ho trovato allo "Spuntino": La qualità, un piatto gustoso, non convenzionale e una bella presentazione. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

We found the place by accident, but we liked it and went a second time, because we were celebrating our great-grandfather's birthday and researching the memories of Isonzó (Great War). A place that makes people talk about it so well that it becomes a place that finds space in the reviews of the best influencers on the Internet! The food is good, but be careful!!! When choosing the second courses, I recommend using a recorder!!! The list is so long that you need several GB of memory to remember it all!!!. The price... a surprise!

04/06/2025: An unexpected discovery in the greenery of Grignasco During a business trip, I stopped by chance at Trattoria Dal Salmet, immersed in the tranquility of the Piedmont countryside. The location, surrounded by greenery, offers a relaxing and authentic atmosphere, ideal for a regenerating break. The menu of the day offered a variety of inviting dishes. I opted for gnocchi with wild boar sauce, followed by arrosticini accompanied by a grilled tomino and a parsley potato salad. All the dishes were prepared with quality ingredients and served in generous portions. The staff was courteous and attentive, helping to create a familiar and welcoming environment. If you find yourself in the Grignasco area, do not miss the opportunity to stop at Trattoria Dal Salmet. An authentic culinary experience that will leave you fully satisfied.

15/05/2025: Best restaurant we've ever been to in Italy! We've traveled all over Italy, and this place has the best pasta. In general, they're all good, but this particular place stands out for its flavor! The seasoning they use is outstanding... the service was great! The restaurant is in a beautiful location too! It's totally worth it.

The right amount of attention, positivity, knowledge and advice wrapped up in a friendly and polite young man. Pizzas unusual but fabulous. Beef tartare the best we've ever eaten. Portions perfect. Tiramisu amazing. Wine selection excellent and sensibly priced. No hidden charges or willful deception like the previous night at Osteria La Contrada (avoid and walk the 40m here instead!). So good we're booked in again for Friday! Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience 🤩

28/04/2025: Oltre alla bontà dei maritozzi qui si trovano anche le mono porzioni del dolce “Montblanc” più altre paste. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono ed il personale è gentile. Non vi sono tavolini per sedersi. Consigliato
