A wonderful experience at the D.one restaurant. The hospitality was top-notch, attentive to everything, and very helpful. The dishes were very good; sometimes the combinations seemed daring, but then the offerings captivated and pleasantly surprised. The dessert was superb. The price was worth the experience.

Really wonderful experience. Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hilltop village, absolutely delicious dishes both innovative and locally rooted (including significant Apulian influences). Nice little stories to match the dishes, every single one of which was memorable. These dishes have soul, and also an occasional sense of humor, which I loved. Plus great service all around, and a super fun sommelier!

After years of frequenting, unfortunately, the last evening I spent there was terrible, with absolutely inadequate service: extremely slow (inexcusable given that there were 6/7 tables for 3 waiters), the first course arrived and they still hadn't brought the bread, inability to explain the menu, heavy pouring of water to finish and replace the bottles but not the wine (which we had to pour ourselves several times). Not recommended because, despite my accustomed spending a lot and frequenting Michelin-starred restaurants, we left hungry (when we asked for breadsticks back, they brought back three for seven people), and the birthday we went there to celebrate became an absolutely unpleasant experience.

We definitely extend our compliments to the Chef, originally from Salento. For those of us visiting Salento, the 10.10.10 menu was a pleasant return to ancient and traditional dishes. The pastries were also sublime. The effect is beautiful as you descend in the elevator to the dining room, where at a certain point you pass through the Michelin-starred kitchen. The only thing to note is our reservation for the Saletta Caminetto, which was confirmed by the staff, only to find we'd been moved to another room without any prior notice or even an apology from the staff. A small flaw that's just the right amount of a nuisance for those who appreciate this type of venue, especially if you didn't mention it in the booking confirmation email.

A wonderful experience with my partner, a Valentine's Day dinner booked well in advance as a surprise! A very refined and intimate place, it makes you feel truly pampered. The semi-basement with its open kitchen is truly enchanting in the evening. The attentive waiters take you on a journey of knowledge and flavors; they manage to make everyone feel at ease and are very attentive to detail! (They forgot my rose, but I forgive them 🫶🏻) The dishes were all excellent; my partner only found the oyster a bit "messy" with the sauce, which, for her taste, could have been served alongside it or at least used less, as it overpowered the flavor of the fruit. A wonderful experience that we will be very happy to repeat! See you soon!

My partner and I went for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience, from the excellent food to the atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
