10/08/2025: We dined at the tables along the alleyway of the restaurant, a truly lovely place. We arrived very late, but even though the kitchen was about to close, they warmly welcomed us in. The food was simple, home-made, and very good. We had a plate of grandma's meatballs, some typical local sausages, a plate of potatoes, and a plate of really good vegetables. We drank two glasses of red wine and a bottle of sparkling water and paid €54. Recommended place for a simple but tasty dinner.

26/08/2025: Seafood restaurant located in one of the most panoramic spots in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Fantastic view, and to fully enjoy it, I recommend going just before sunset, or at least when it's not completely dark. Quality food, well-cooked, excellent options. The cold spaghetti with raw seafood is fantastic. The marinated mackerel is also delicious. The grilled meat is generous, and the mixed seafood is excellent in both quantity and quality. Attentive and precise service. If you arrive early, there are no delays in delivery. Other tables near ours had to wait a few minutes too long to get their dinner. Recommended in any case.

21/08/2025: A machine whose gears work perfectly. High-level staff demonstrates all their professionalism and dedication. The mixed seafood appetizers are very good, the first courses are delicious and unique (try the cold spaghetti), and the fried fish is enormous and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The seafood is excellent. A wide selection of appetizers, both raw and hot, cold. Traditional seafood first courses. Grilled or fried fish for the second course. You can order a San Benedetto-style brodetto in advance (minimum two portions). Everything is very fresh and well-cooked. A good selection of wines with a fair markup. The price is average.

05/09/2025: We had a truly memorable meal at this charming restaurant nestled in a small village just across from Orvieto. The view alone is worth the visit — you can admire the entire town of Orvieto from your table! We started with a delicious selection of cold cuts as an appetizer — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, we had a generous mixed grill that included a perfectly cooked Fiorentina steak. The meat was high quality, tender, and grilled to perfection — simply outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and rustic, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Whether you’re passing through the area or staying nearby, this place is absolutely worth the stop. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food, beautiful views, and genuine hospitality.

22/08/2025: Truly wonderful experience, food and wine! Best pata negra that we've ever had, great octopus, amazing and local wine selection and a really nice, calm and friendly atmosphere. If we're ever able, we will be going back for sure!

31/07/2025: I can't explain Assirto. I'll just say that from the outside, you might almost miss it, especially in the summer: it's perhaps the only restaurant in Moneglia without outdoor seating. But I assure you, I've tried them all, and this is by far the best. I don't think I've ever eaten such good meat in my life. I'm talking about the roast pata negra, a special cut they ship especially from Spain. They take extraordinary care in choosing the ingredients, and it shows: they focus entirely on quality, and the results are there to taste, see, and appreciate! The night before, I had a shrimp mince that was absolutely amazing. And then there are the owners: special, passionate people who put their heart into every detail. I live abroad, and I already know that Assirto will be one of those places I'll miss dearly!

26/07/2025: A very touristy place, offering a wide variety of dishes (which initially put us off), but it turned out to be really good. Do yourself a favor: order the pork shank...amazing! The (craft) beers are also really good.

07/07/2025: We had a little dinner in this very nice place and we took a cutting board with some very good cheeses and really special cold cuts, too bad there were really too few. The food was pleasant but it didn't excite me as I would have expected from the reviews, a first course for €18 must be delicious, not acceptable. Amazing innkeeper, too bad I can't say the same about the rest of the team.

A top-notch restaurant that perfectly blends tradition and innovation, with meticulous attention to detail in every dish, from the simplest to the most complex. The owners and the staff are highly professional and dedicated, balanced by a friendly atmosphere. The wines are also impeccable; Carlo will always recommend the best pairing for your meal. 10/09/2025: This is my third time back at this wonderful osteria, and it's a testament to my love for it. I can now call it my favorite place ❤️ The entire menu is entirely gluten-free, but I can assure you, you won't notice the difference. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can enjoy excellent, freshly baked bread. I recommend trying the crostini with porcini mushrooms, and don't miss the fried porcini mushrooms ❣️ Their fresh, gluten-free, handmade pasta is unmissable ❤️ Tagliatelle and curzúl with wild boar ragù, which you can see in the photo, but they also make spoja lorda, tortelli, and cappelletti!! You can also buy pasta and bread to take home. 🔝 Truly delicious barbecue 😋 I recommend everyone to stop in the hills of Dovadola!
