15/04/2025: We stopped after a volleyball match with the whole team. We booked in advance, because the place doesn't have many seats. I must say, that the place is nice, the staff are very kind and friendly and the pizzas are excellent, tasty, light and with good ingredients! I can only recommend it.

11/05/2025: Unfortunately a disappointing experience, especially on a human and welcoming level On the occasion of Mother's Day I had booked at this restaurant, which I had often heard about for its truffle specialty. I decided to bring my wife, my son and my ninety-year-old mother-in-law, who rarely leaves the house and for whom we had chosen this outing with particular care. The reservation had been made a few days in advance for a table of four, without any indication from the restaurant regarding the presence of architectural barriers. Once we arrived on site, we were informed very superficially that our table was located on the upper floor, reachable only via a spiral staircase of at least thirty steps - a completely impractical solution for an elderly person with serious mobility difficulties. I pointed out the situation to the girl who welcomed us, but the response, at times irritating, was that "it was our problem" and that we should have specified it at the time of booking. I find it unacceptable that a place open to the public does not inform of the presence of similar barriers, especially considering that guests may present themselves with mobility difficulties, with aids or even simply elderly people as in our case. When asked to sit at one of the outdoor tables, present and free, the response was once again negative: "we haven't given it to others, we can't do it with you". Only after insistence and waiting was a table set up for us on the ground floor, but the experience was now irremediably compromised. Once seated, we found an environment that did not reflect the image of quality we expected: marble tables not covered by tablecloth and completely crumpled cloth napkins. We still ordered, ate the meal and paid the bill — without anyone bothering to apologize for what happened. I conclude by expressing my profound disappointment. A restaurant that aspires to a certain level cannot afford such a poor welcome, nor entrust the management of hospitality to staff lacking sensitivity and training. I hope that one day the competent authorities will verify compliance with the regulations on the removal of architectural barriers in this place. Certainly, for my part, I will not return and I will not recommend it to anyone.

26/04/2025: Ormai è un’esperienza che ci concediamo spesso in famiglia ed è sempre una meraviglia. Le pizze le abbiamo assaggiate praticamente tutte e sono una più buona dell’altra. I dolci superlativi anche se a noi piace tantissimo il Sign. Tognazzi. Esperienza da non perdere!!! Sempre i nostri complimenti!!!

03/05/2025: The place is also pleasant, but the most serious problem is the acoustics where it even becomes difficult to understand each other when talking at the same table (rumpus room). In other places the situation is certainly better. Overall it's still worth it!

08/04/2025: Unfortunately I'm not from the area... Excellent pizza and above all super digestible... Very good girl at the table (brunette with glasses whose name I didn't ask so as not to be intrusive) and her very polite colleague at the cash register. High quality from pizza to dessert. Super recommended!

16/05/2025: Sono stato in questa Hamburgeria diverse volte, la maggior parte ho avuto un esperienza positiva. Questa volta ci ho portato i miei amici avendone un ricordo positivo e sperando che godessero anche loro della qualità del locale. Inutile dire che siamo rimasti completamente delusi. Io ed un mio amico abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per i panini, considerando anche che altri tavoli (che sono arrivati dopo di noi) sono stati serviti prima. Al mio chiedere alla cameriera in sala, dopo circa una mezz'ora mi ha solo risposto "arrivano", non andando neanche a chiedere e tornando a guardare la sala con sguardo vacuo. I panini sono buoni ma dopo un esperienza del genere non penso ci tornerò più.

12/05/2025: We ordered a seafood salad and it was tasteless, then two anonymous seafood risottos, then, still hungry, we ordered a margherita pizza and it was good. the waiters were nice.

07/05/2025: Absolutely amazing family owned authentic Italian! Seafood pasta & risotto is out of this world. Fantastic appetisers. Gluten free options, the mother of the restaurant is GF. Lovely staff- and great drinks. 10/10 ❤️

12/05/2025: We spent a truly pleasant day at the Aspide Valley, celebrating a special event that we will carry in our hearts forever. From our arrival we were welcomed with great warmth and helpfulness by the people owners, exquisite people who knew how to make us feel at home. The food was simply excellent: genuine dishes, prepared with fresh and local ingredients, which tell of the passion for cooking and respect for tradition. All immersed in a natural setting among the greenery, silence and peace of the countryside. The place is clean, with attention to detail and perfectly organised, ideal for those looking for a corner of tranquility without sacrificing quality. Highly recommended for those who want to live a relaxing and tasty experience!

10/05/2025: We were in the area after the cinema and wanted a good ice cream. Too bad we couldn't even taste the ice cream because the person working very rudely told us after almost ten minutes of waiting that the queue was on the other side (there are two ports, but without any indication of 'entry' or 'exit'). In fact, there weren't even that many people waiting, ten at the most. Incomprehensible. Obviously we left and won't try again. Bologna is a city full of delicious ice cream shops (Sablé, Cremeria Cavour, Cremeria Santo Stefano, Barbara e Renato, ...) and this experience was shameful.

01/06/2025: We spent 3 days in Alba and came back here everyday. We did the wine tasting each time. Tried new wines every time. All of the waiters and waitresses were lovely, and knew a lot about the wine. We also bought some wine for home. It was a nice place with a great atmosphere. They welcomed us back every time.

13/05/2025: Amazing food & service! My favorite spot near Cinecitta. The carpaccio di tonno is delectable & the agnolotti is my single favorite past dish in Rome! Book early as it gets crowded at lunch. Tutto bene!!

Fabrizio is not just an extraordinary chef, he is an artist of taste, a guardian of authentic flavours, a man who cooks with his heart even before with his hands. His dishes are not just eaten: they are experienced, felt, remembered. Each course is a small masterpiece, where innovation meets tradition in a perfect balance. The presentation is elegant and original, but what really conquers is the depth of the flavors, capable of touching intimate chords, awakening emotions, caressing the soul. And then there is her, the queen: the amatriciana. His amatriciana has no equal. It is the real, sincere, frank one, made with love and respect; fresh handmade pasta and amatrice bacon. 01/06/2025: Had lunch on a sunny Sunday... excellent service.. served by a guy whose name I unfortunately didn't ask but very nice and very good! Two top appetizers stracciata with truffle and potato casket. Highly recommended! Two equally good first courses and to finish the wine we ordered an exceptional fillet with truffle, accompanied by a fried potato cube (soft inside and crunchy on the outside) Room for dessert? Of course.. delicious! Price slightly above average but well deserved.. I would go back to eat there!
