02/11/2025: To say that the food at this restaurant is good is an understatement. The food here is superb. The owner, Santo, is a wonderful person with unique hospitality. It's like dining at a friend's house. Among the many dishes, I tried a tongue that I don't think I've ever tasted so good. The appetizers were excellent, the ravioli with pork sauce were incredible, the sausage and the desserts were sublime, the house wine spectacular. And finally, the bill was €59 in total. I asked if I hadn't made a mistake. This place is a true experience. If you happen to pass through Palazzolo, definitely stop by. Roberto

04/10/2025: Between Venice, Florence and Rome, this was the best pizza spot at a great value. 7 euros for a margherita pizza shared between two people. The pizza dough was on the thinner side, which we preferred. I loved that the crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They also sell wine, but we didn't try it. Keep in mind, it's a takeaway spot. You can eat at the counter in the store, but there's no sit-down, which we were fine with. Worth the walk outside of the touristy area. Neighborhood was quieter with a better locals to tourists ratio. If we ever go back to Venice, we will visit again.

28/09/2025: After reading the excellent reviews, we booked a table at this trattoria. It's a small place where you can eat inside or outside. The service is quick and attentive. The trattoria is family-run, and the ingredients used are top-quality. We ordered green ravioli with pears, gorgonzola, and walnuts, braised beef with polenta, apple pie with apricot jam, and tozzetti with hazelnuts and peppery wine. We were satisfied and will definitely return as soon as we can.

20/09/2025: I used to go there often with my parents when I was much younger (we're talking about the '90s, I was about 6 or 7 years old) when the owners were the parents of the current innkeeper. Now I go there with my family and my son, who is the same age as when I went with my parents. I can say that memories of my childhood and those flavors blend with the present. Homemade, flavorful cooking, the family atmosphere of a classic osteria from another era, an experience that for me is a bit like coming home.

20/09/2025: 1. A charming experience The restaurant is really small, with only 7 tables. This gives a great feeling of familiarity, especially since the service is truly attentive and thoughtful from the two waitresses. I would come here for a first date. 2. Exceptional food, 101% Neapolitan taverna. A purely Neapolitan menu that doesn't sell out. Excellent fried food, the parmigiana seems to be made by our grandmother, which we all dream of. The first courses are delicious and plentiful. Excellent tagliata. 3. Various homemade desserts that I haven't tried, but it's still a big plus. 4. Prices are moderately low compared to the average of restaurants in the Vomero area. In short, an exceptional value. A charming experience.

19/09/2025: This restaurant offers the chance to dine as if you were at the owners' home, offering authentic Neapolitan cuisine made with love and care. We had a wonderful time, felt welcomed with warmth and care, and the food was simply delicious. We will recommend it to everyone we know.

The staff is very warm, welcoming, and always smiling—it makes you want to come back right away! The wait was very short and the service incredibly fast, which is really appreciated. A big thank you to them for a great time. They even gave us a tiramisu and seven shots of limoncello for my birthday 🎉. A lovely gesture and thoughtfulness that makes all the difference. Another plus is the prices, which are truly fair considering the tourist area. Ideal for those looking for a genuine snack without breaking the bank. In short: a simple but excellent bakery, where authentic goodness meets affordability.

05/10/2025: Not only the impeccable professionalism of Daniela and her entire staff, with honorable mention for the chef and Alice, but also the sophistication of the location, with its elegant interiors and simple, natural green garden, contributed to making our wedding perfect. We ate here several times before our event, including for a Christmas lunch to test its performance under stress in a packed room, but we always found the food and service impeccable, even in managing our food intolerances! All at a more than reasonable price, especially considering they accommodated our every request, even accommodating off-menu options. The absolutely excellent wines deserve further mention, truly amazing! We also stayed here and found a welcoming, comfortable, and cozy room with an exemplary breakfast. Spectacular!
