Gluten-free options are also available. The owner, very knowledgeable and kind, explained the dishes perfectly and made sure we didn't miss anything. We'll see you again soon!

21/08/2025: The place is nice and quiet, with a few too many bugs, but since it's summer, it's normal with the lights. The hamburger sandwich was nothing special, definitely not their specialty. The pizzas were average, probably not well-leavened. What's disappointing, however, are the beers, which should be their specialty, but instead they're quite short on choice. For this time, let's blame it on the difficult times we're going through. I hope everything returns to normal soon. UPDATE: I confirm that the food isn't their strong point. They insist on offering oil-based sandwiches or something similar when they could offer something better (like those from Old Wild the West). The beer selection is back to normal. We ate outside and it still didn't give a good impression. I think I'll always eat inside next time. CURRICULUM REVIEW FROM AUGUST 20, 2025... We ate well, I'd say excellent!! The beers were okay! We felt like something had changed in the kitchen and perhaps even the staff in general. We'll be back to see if the level is consolidated or if it was just a positive evening.

01/09/2025: We had a lovely lunch after checking out the fountain on a hot summer day. Our drinks were refreshing. They really do have excellent pizza dough. Next time, we want to try a pizza with a different meat or a simple cheese to better highlight their dough. We received excellent, attentive service from the staff too.

31/08/2025: Small and busy place. Halal options were available, but I’d prefer a proper halal restaurant. Portion size was very small — just a few pieces of meat sprinkled over the pasta. The taste was okay, but the long wait didn’t make it worth it.

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

The welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere creates a place where you immediately feel at ease, perfect for sharing special moments with friends and family. The freshness of the ingredients is evident in every course: from raw seafood to crispy fried foods, each dish is prepared with care and passion. The staff is friendly and attentive; Filomena was so kind in recommending the house specialties. I highly recommend the linguine with clams, truly delicious. 12/08/2025: Wide variety of choices from appetizers to desserts, exceptional raw seafood. Well-stocked wine list, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The wait between courses is a bit long, but that's understandable for express dishes at this level. Excellent value. Recommended.

27/08/2025: I love Casteldario's risottos, and I think I've tried and appreciated just about every one of its restaurants, all specializing in the area's signature dish, risotto. I recently went to Trattoria Cusmana for the first time, and it was a delightful surprise. It must be said that we travel from Brescia just to eat risottos, and the quality we were served was truly exceptional, I think it's hard to beat. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the prices reasonable. The view of the castle is also charming. I can't comment on the rest of the menu, which is very attractive... but we'll try to explore it further soon. We've promised ourselves we'll return soon; we were all so happy. It's about an hour and a half from home, but we're truly extraordinarily rewarded and satisfied.

04/08/2025: Great food! Highly recommend the focaccia with burrata - simply divine! Service was quick and efficient. Great choice of food and ingredients. Reasonable prices. We had a table outside the restaurant and despite the little drizzle of rain we remained dry! This restaurant seems popular - we did not have a reservation, the restaurant was full both inside and out, but we only waited for about ten minutes to be seated and enjoy our dinner.
