Yesterday, Easter Monday, my partner and I decided to leave our hometown of Sulcis and take an unplanned trip to the wonderful Ogliastra region. We found this restaurant by pure chance, just as our hopes of finding somewhere open were about to fade. We're a couple who like to improvise; we rarely plan ahead, and I must say I've had yet another confirmation that not planning and going on an adventure can yield pleasant surprises. I recommend it to anyone who loves good, authentic food, and the owner's impeccable cleanliness and professionalism. I've read some of the comments from those who complain about the prices. Given that I naturally respect everyone's opinions, in this case I want to say that the work of a place like this deserves respect, appreciation, and recognition, making us feel proud to be Sardinian. Excellent food, cleanliness, the owner's kindness, expertise, a Sardinian feel, and a willingness to work—all these things come at a price. If you want to save money while eating quality food, then I'll take the liberty of saying, as they say in my area: "pagu bessiusu." Thank you so much, Salvatore, we'll definitely see you again.

If you're in Sardinia, you absolutely must visit this restaurant—a place with the kind of atmosphere you'll find less and less these days. It's a great atmosphere, and the owner is a man who truly cares about his guests. And most importantly: the lasagna is first-class, one of the best I've ever had. No frills—just good food and an honest approach. It's worth it.

Without knowing the place beforehand, we called Chef Salvatore at 4:30 pm to order lunch. Very kind and friendly, as is his custom, he readily agreed. As soon as we arrived, he gave us a warm welcome and recommended some delicious homemade dishes. Without a doubt, this is a must-visit spot—it's a truly memorable experience.
