31/10/2025: A truly wonderful experience at the Cavallini Restaurant in San Severino! As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the care and attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming space, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and extremely kind staff, always available with a smile.
The cuisine is simply extraordinary: carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course speaks to the chef's passion and expertise. The fish cappellacci are truly unique—delicate, balanced, and bursting with flavor… truly a dish worthy of applause, a small masterpiece that alone is worth the visit. The other dishes also stand out for their flavor and originality, with always spot-on pairings.
My only personal complaint concerns the champagne risotto, which I found a bit too intense in flavor: for my taste, the champagne slightly overpowered the other aromas. That said, it's still a well-executed dish and a testament to the kitchen's desire to experiment.
Service is fast, attentive, but never intrusive. The portions are just right, the timing between courses is perfect, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality. It's one of those places where you eat truly well and leave feeling completely satisfied, wanting to return.
Highly recommended for those seeking high-end cuisine, without too much formality but with lots of passion and authentic flavor.

26/09/2025: A wonderful surprise in the heart of Albenga. A restaurant offering traditional Ligurian and other dishes, overlooking Piazza Domenico Tricheri.
A simple location with a large and welcoming outdoor terrace. You're immediately welcomed by Roberto, a courteous and friendly person who made the entire evening a memorable one. The digital menu offers appetizers, first courses, jacket potatoes, meats such as tagliata and tartare, burgers, salads, and desserts. For drinks, in addition to water, wine, and soft drinks, there are also local beers.
Service is prompt and attentive.
The food is excellent, very tasty, and has bold flavors. The jacket potatoes are absolutely delicious.
The bill is perfect, and the prices are not at all high and very affordable.
In conclusion, I highly recommend trying this restaurant and will definitely return as soon as I have the opportunity.

14/10/2025: Walk in and feel right at home. The atmosphere is incredible, with cozy decor and a staff that makes you feel truly welcome.
The chef, who is from Serbia, speaks Spanish! Everything is homemade, made with great care, and it shows in every dish. We loved the food and the atmosphere... so much so that we went back this weekend. ☺️

The staff is friendly and helpful, with a level of customer service that's hard to find these days—and trust me, it's top-notch.
The food is very good. I recommend the eggplant parmigiana and ziti alla genovese, but that's just my personal preference.
The prices are average.
Parking is available and right next to the place.
I'll definitely be back.
11/08/2025: We chose this restaurant because of its proximity to the hotel and the great reviews. The food is of excellent quality, fresh, and delicious. The portions are really generous. The service was super attentive, professional, and helpful. We were completely happy and satisfied. We were only sad that we discovered the restaurant on our last day. Otherwise, we would have been there more often. We highly recommend it.

20/09/2025: Hands down the best meal we had whilst in lake Garda and I'm still dreaming about their tiramisu. The entire meal was phenomenal, the service was fantastic and we felt the waitress couldn't do enough for us. Very child friendly and you can tell it's a favourite with the locals as it was absolutely packed on a week night. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and atmosphere. Only wish we got to visit a second time before coming home.

Risotto dishes (shrimp and anchovies) were delicious!
Homemade Tiramisu was a great finishing delight!
