27/01/2025: Every now and then you always have to return to these places! The fried pecorino is gorgeous, hot and crunchy. Polenta and mezze sleeves with ossobuco sauce cooked perfectly and tasty! And growth seasoned abundantly. Nothing negative... Keep up the good work!

12/10/2024: Beautiful and super equipped location in the middle of the greenery. Easy to reach. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Really excellent food, you can feel the quality in every dish. I would say the organization was perfect, you can see that they are used to ceremonies and were able to manage every moment of the day impeccably.

The waiter's attention and kindness to my vegetarian request was commendable.
From the starter to the second course I was able to fully enjoy all the courses, in particular with the second course: aubergine cutlet, suggested by the chef. Thank you

Servizio impeccabile e una particolare nota di apprezzamento per il dessert selezionato per la degustazione: abbinamento coraggioso ma decisamente vincente dolce/salato che stupisce in conclusione alla cena.
04/01/2025: Il mio preferito a Livorno. Un locale molto curato e particolare. La cameriera cordialissima. Il cibo è per me eccezionale. Mai banale e con contrasti molto interessanti. Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni (poche a dir vero) negative.
Se volete mangiare del pesce non tradizionale, Questo il posto giusto. Prezzo onesto

Regarding the frying, it was among the best I've eaten, without it being heavy (unlike other places).
