05/01/2025: A pleasant and welcome return to this chalet a stone's throw from the sea in a well-kept and clean environment. The service managed by the lady owner Morena was kind and polite, ready to give explanations and advice on the various dishes. We tasted the new dishes from the winter menu of the owner Chef Domenico De Angelis, traditional dishes reinterpreted in a modern key and some innovations such as risotto with raw pink prawns, red turnip and black lemon powder. The bill was correct for our entire lunch. I recommend it‼️

05/01/2025: A very nice restaurant, with friendly waiters. The sommelier is also friendly and helpful, he recommends excellent wines and also a restaurant in Budapest, which is his Sicilian friend. We ate à la carte, everything was perfect. We have also been to a starred restaurant in Sicily, but for me Cortile Pepe was the best dining experience, surpassing all other restaurants. If you are in Cefalù, it is absolutely not to be missed!

29/10/2024: I had an extremely disappointing experience with the event management at this location. After 25 emails exchanged and an inspection, I had to contact them again for clarification, as I was no longer receiving any replies. Only at that point did I discover that it was not possible to organize the event for the evening, even though they had initially confirmed availability. It would have been sufficient to inform us from the beginning of the lack of options to satisfy our request. This lack of clarity and professionalism has caused a significant waste of time and energy. We would have expected more honesty in communications, instead of false reassurances regarding availability on weekends. I cannot attach the contents of the emails as they are protected by regulation 195/2003. Attached is the second photo, where you can see the discomfort after having proposed yet another date which they said was available and ultimately rejected.

25/10/2024: We went to dinner. Breathtaking location, very well looked after, incredible view and beautiful settings. The presence of the white donkeys, which are willing to be petted, is very beautiful. They gave us a table in front of the window, overlooking the bay. We ordered oysters, mussels all'algherese, spaghetti all'algherese and culurgiones seasoned with ovinfort (Thiesi cheese) and walnuts. All heavenly. Impeccable and friendly service, with great availability, and a very welcome pet welcome. The seadas and assorted Sardinian sweets are excellent. Excellent value for money. What can I say? Great evening and place to absolutely return. Thank you!

05/02/2025: We were welcomed with a friendliness that is almost no longer found, a small but welcoming place. We all ate excellent quality food, as did the wine, it was a pleasant evening and we will be back!

14/01/2025: This restaurant is highly recommended. We visited Alba recently and opted for this restaurant for lunch. We were not wrong at all. Wonderful attention from the staff. The food was all delicious, the waiting times correct, the meat incredible. Good wine list to accompany the food. The beautiful place. If we return to Alba in the future we will return.

08/12/2024: Excellent lunch in the center of Alba We managed to find a seat in this lovely restaurant in the center of Alba. It has seating both outside and inside and I recommend booking. The staff has always been kind and friendly: an absolutely positive note. The menu is the classic Piedmontese one with truffle variations. We chose the venison carpaccio with black truffle (€18) and the tajarin with white truffle (€40): both excellent dishes, the carpaccio was abundant and refined but obviously the point of excellence in both was the truffle. For the second course we opted for the veal cheek braised in Barolo with potato cream (€20): sublime! The meat was wonderful as was the seasoning - the portion was generous. It was all accompanied with a side dish of vegetables (mixed between carrots, potatoes, broccoli, onions and cauliflower). We concluded with the wonderful hazelnut cake with ice cream and two coffees. Overall the bill was €120: very respectable given the location, the service, the quantity and quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!

29/12/2024: Restaurant with typically gourmet dishes, therefore detailed preparations but with little quantity. Overall the dishes were well made, with fresh and tasty ingredients, as mentioned small quantities so don't expect to leave packed. Well cooked meat and very good desserts. A place suitable for corporate dinners, communions or things like that.

18/01/2025: Quando vai a Capo d'Orlando, la tappa obbligatoria è da "Amici Miei". Ristorante fantastico!! Antipasti, primi e secondi impeccabili...Pesce e carne di prima qualità. Poi se si parla di Pizza, che dire..Pizze superlative! Grazie ancora allo staff che dimostra una grande professionalità. Ormai una tappa fissa ❤️
