03/06/2025: Ottima posizione vicino a piazza di Spagna , buona l'atmosfera del locale. Servizio accurato. Cibo cucinato con cura e ben presentato. È stata un'esperienza positiva.

30/05/2025: Avevo prenotato il giorno prima specificando al direttore di sala che mi ha risposto al telefono che saremmo stati in 2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli disponibile quindi a qualsiasi posizione di tavolo poiché , essendo proprietaria di un ristorante so bene che due bambini piccoli avrebbero potuto disturbare un po’. arriviamo il 24 maggio sera, prima di accomodarci al tavolo che ci avevano assegnato il direttore di sala esordisce subito con una raccomandazione ai miei bambini “Miraccomando bambini non fare troppa confusione” . Ordiniamo , arrivata l’acqua il solito direttore di sala si avvicina dicendoci che il tavolo accanto al nostro si lamentava della confusione che i miei bambini facevano(secondo me cosa non vera) , che stavamo disturbando, e che all’interno non c’erano altri tavoli disponibili per poterci cambiare di posto, e quindi fra le righe ci ha chiesto gentilmente di andarcene . quindi consiglio spassionato, se avete dei bambini non scegliete questo ristorante!

06/05/2025: Wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating. Location surrounded by greenery with panoramic views but close to main roads and services. The cuisine is excellent, with high quality, 0 km products, so much so that I purchased two of their jams. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very friendly, smiling and attentive staff. I reiterate my compliments to the chef for the excellent tripe!

05/05/2025: Anche questa recensione è scritta in grande ritardo, come le altre fa parte di un viaggio in moto della scorsa estate dalla Carnia alle Alpi Francesi. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno ha avuto come contorno 2 giorni di maltempo quindi anche l'umore non era dei migliori, è un agriturismo e non è lecito attendersi camere da hotel, però l'ambiente è pulito e familiare, ottima la cucina abbondante e casalinga, la scelta dei vini poi è ampia e ben strutturata, cortesissimi i proprietari che ci han fatto parcheggiare la moto nel capannone dell'azienda agricola di proprietà così da evitare che passasse due giorni sotto la pioggia battente.

19/05/2025: I hesitated to write a review for this restaurant. The reason is that I firmly believe that it is a place loved by the locals. If the kind service and excellent quality of food we experienced here were to spread, tourists would flock here like a rugby scrum. And that could deprive the locals of a precious corner of tranquility, which makes me hesitate. However, I cannot suppress the desire to express my gratitude to the owners and so I leave this review. As for the rating of the place, as many say, if I could give 10 stars, I would. If I were a Michelin inspector, I would give three stars without hesitation. My experience here was so amazing. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation of each dish are impeccable. The salad is surprisingly fresh, so much so that it even seems to have beneficial properties for digestion. At first bite, my gut flora began to clamor for more, triggering an incredible craving. The zuppa toscana is sublime. I know it may seem strange, but the moment I tasted the zuppa, I was reminded of the days when I would come home from college and my mother would lovingly prepare my favorite dishes. It was as if I was enjoying a dish that had always been dear to me, cooked with love, as if I were a son welcomed back home. The steak is the best in the world. I have been fortunate enough to taste various types of high-quality meat, including the best Japanese wagyu, but there is no doubt: the steak at this restaurant is unmatched. The cooking is exactly how I had always dreamed it would be, and the seasoning, while simple, is the pure essence of umami. During our stay in Florence, we dined here two out of three times. Last time we went to Zaza, which should give you an idea of ​​how fascinated we were by this place. I had always proudly believed that Tokyo was the world capital of gastronomy, but now, after tasting the dishes of this restaurant, I fear that I am condemned to wander around Japan like a Tuscan zombie, desperately searching for these flavors. I don't know when, but I sincerely hope that this place will continue to be the same, in the same place, with the same incredible quality. I wish the owners a long and healthy life, although, considering how healthy their cuisine is, they probably won't need such a wish.

18/05/2025: Did not have a reservation but they fit our group of 4 in straight away. From our seats we could see into the kitchen and the entire family preparing every dish. Everything we had was excellent and Got a small history of the place and the family and we would definately return. Worth the short walk from the tourist city center!

25/04/2025: In tre abbiamo cenato in un contesto familiare tipico di un bar/chalet di montagna. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile, prodotto seppur in bassa stagione di primissima qualità in modo particolare la carne. Si mangia davvero bene e il prezzo è contento. Ottima carta dei vini. Punto di ristoro davvero unico che garantisce prodotti di qualità.

25/05/2025: The food and service here is worthy of a Michelin star. We sat outside and started with scallops. I had the pasta special with fresh pasta and lobster. The pasta was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The dessert was a blueberry meringue that surpassed what I’ve received at many Michelin star restaurants. The wine menu was impressive with many great options though we went with a Ruinart Rose due to most people in my party getting seafood. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that it was served in proper wine glasses and not champagne flutes. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Venice and I will certainly visit again the next time I’m here.

06/06/2025: We have been with my family a couple of times and I found everything I look for when I go out to eat: very well prepared and tasty dishes, managing meat and fish is not easy, impeccable service, the owner runs between tables and kitchen but stops for a quick joke. 29/04/2025: One of my and my boyfriend's favorite places, every time we pass by Carbonifera we always book with them. We have never been disappointed by this place and this time too it proved to be perfect! The place is welcoming and really beautiful, particular and always has that reserved air! (The ladles around the room are the touch that makes the difference) The owners and the guys in the room are really friendly and kind, always very attentive and always ready to give advice. The food and the quality of the fish is truly excellent, dishes that are always present and excellent off-menu novelties that always follow the season. I highly recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible!

17/05/2025: A must visit for everyone that loves gastronomy and hospitality. Creative, young, unique, delicious, these are just a few words one could use to describe how amazing the experience is. Cool staff, casual but chique. The red aprons complement the white linen tables. And the food tastes like a mother’s hug. Suprised and amazed!

12/05/2025: I had the most delicious dinner in such a cozy and elegant space! I recommend the tasting menu (I got the meat one, they also had a vegetarian option) that takes you into a sophisticated journey through Tuscan dishes! All truly exquisite. Wine selection is also top. And, finally, what a careful and kind service through out from the chef himself and his team. Bravo!

13/05/2025: As always Eda is fantastic in the welcome. I have been going to this place for quite a few years, but this time I decided to leave a different review, that is when I asked the chef to prepare me a typical dish of the Dominican Republic, he proposed this fried snapper opened with paella on top, what can I say you just have to try it, and the thing I want to point out is that in the dish you could feel all the passion that the chef put into preparing it, cooked to perfection, not a minute more or less, I felt like I was in Santo Domingo, I will definitely want to try it again. P.s. obviously for these special dishes you have to book them in advance.
