Managing this immense treasure is a monumental sommelier. His skill, expertise, and passion literally won us over. He listened to our tastes with rare sensitivity, guiding us through the pairing process with a tailor-made approach. 16/05/2026: A wonderful experience, one we'll definitely repeat. I thank all the staff for their kindness and courtesy. A spectacular location, top-notch service, among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Some truly memorable dishes that I'll dream about all night, like the plin and rice savarin. Very good and varied wines. The amuse-bouche and desserts were slightly less popular, but they were still good, mind you. A few minor lapses in service, which clashed with the formal approach they wanted to give to the atmosphere and the overall experience. In my very humble opinion, the sommelier would have been much more appropriate, with that kind yet approachable host attitude that makes you feel pampered. Thanks again everyone. My expectations are absolutely in line.
