This restaurant is a true guarantee of quality! From the food to the attentive service, everything is top.. The meat is excellent, and the wine selection is outstanding, all at very fair prices.
Mirco, the owner, is the perfect “oste” and also a professional sommelier. He always recommends new labels and takes wine lovers like us on amazing tasting journeys.
Definitely one of our all time favorite restaurants! 🫶🏼

Excellent restaurant, bright, welcoming and friendly staff, from the starters to the main courses highly recommended... My delicious dish, Michelin-starred... Buffalo mozzarella hearts, red and yellow cherry tomatoes. Well done, keep it up!!

I rarely give five stars, but here I feel like it. We went to Gubbio and, while searching, we found this restaurant. The outside doesn't match the inside. The place has been renovated and is very welcoming. It has a grill, a pizzeria, and a kitchen. I should start by saying that it was crowded and it was Tuesday lunchtime. Not being very hungry but wanting a good first course, we ordered tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and truffle and tagliatella with hare ragù. The photos speak for themselves. The food was delicious, tasty, well-cooked, and seasoned. We couldn't find a single flaw. Unfortunately, we didn't try the meats, but the ones we saw passing by looked excellent, nor did the pizza. The price? More than fair, €35 including a quarter of wine, two coffees, and a liter of water, plus cover charge, of course. The staff was extremely kind and professional. What can I say? If you're in the area, stopping by this restaurant is a must.

While vacationing in the land of Saint Francis, in Gubbio, we were recommended this restaurant and pizzeria. The atmosphere is excellent and the dishes are delicious... a rich and refined menu. Prices are fair. From the pasta dishes to the meats... everything is excellent... a true gastronomic oasis among the beautiful Umbrian hills... Highly recommended.

An unforgettable culinary experience in Gubbio: Da Fulvio is a guarantee!
We had lunch at "Da Fulvio" with the family and the experience was impeccable in every way. It's a very well-known restaurant in Gubbio, and now we understand why.
The location is modern, spacious, and bright, ideal for those seeking a relaxing meal without sacrificing style. The wait staff deserves a special mention: extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to recommend the best, making us feel right at home.
We ate divinely. Here are the highlights of our day:
Appetizers: A triumph of local flavors with cured meats, cheeses, flans, and simply sublime truffle eggs.
First Courses: The selection is vast and the quality is astonishing. We tried everything from umbricelli to cappelli del prete, including paccheri and tagliatelle. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauces were rich.
Second Courses: The meats were of the highest quality, tender and flavorful. Worth noting: the menu also offers interesting seafood options, which we'll definitely try on our next visit.
We finished with a creamy tiramisu, an impeccable crème brûlée, and a delicate panna cotta.
The wine list is top-notch. We paired our meal with:
A delicate Rosé Scacciadiavoli (perfect as an appetizer).
A full-bodied Rosso di Montefalco Antonelli.
A fragrant and fruity Müller Thurgau.
Excellent price.
If you're passing through Gubbio, "Da Fulvio" is a must-visit for anyone who loves elegantly reinterpreted Umbrian cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

We probably ordered the only item that wasn't as good as the restaurant: the pizza. It was good, but it was too thin, almost transparent. I like it thin, but that was too much. Everything else was excellent, with the meat taking center stage. The quality/price ratio was exceptional. I'll probably return to try the appetizers, first courses, and the fabulous meat.

I had the truffle cappellacci, and they were simply superb.
