21/09/2025: I've been there several times and have been very satisfied every time.
The food was delicious and the prices reasonable.
But yesterday's visit was a disaster.
"Oktoberfest"
There was no kitchen. Just some kind of roast pork with fried potatoes.
Which sounded perfectly fine, so I ordered it.
But €35 for a small plate with a few chunks of lukewarm meat and some potatoes is a complete RUDE!
I just felt sorry for the staff, who had to pay for their impertinence.

28/12/2025: Overall, good. Perhaps the staff was limited for the period, so there was a longer wait than necessary.
The structure and room could use some maintenance.

Carpet everywhere that doesn't convey any sense of cleanliness.
02/02/2026: Truly a terrible hotel, avoid.
Old and dirty are the key words for this place.
Cobwebs and spiders even on the check-in counter, not to mention those in the hallway leading to the rooms.
The carpet dates back to the Paleolithic era, where you can surely find previously undiscovered microorganisms.
The breakfast was poor, almost nonexistent.
Ants on the beds as soon as you entered the room, not to mention bedbugs everywhere.
Do not come here at all!

09/03/2026: I didn't get to have lunch. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was crowded. Despite all the patience we needed, we ordered and ate a small appetizer, but then they... forgot to bring the rest. It can happen that the kitchen loses an order, unless no one in the dining room notices and only realizes what happened after more than an hour. We left without finishing our lunch, not even a single euro off the (little) amount we'd already consumed. Nothing more needs to be said.

31/12/2025: Good coffee, nothing more; you can easily find better. Service is embarrassing, to say the least. Its only redeeming feature is its location in the square, and that's it.
03/12/2025: A historic café in Udine. It offers excellent coffee and more. It also features refined products from various regions of Italy: nougat, panettone, chocolates, and even pasta.

07/09/2025: The best place in Lignano with a great atmosphere. We have been here at least twice a day during our second holiday. For lunch we usually eat the very delicious pizza slice. A novelty is the beer bar that opened this year, where Kraft beers, a wide variety of cocktails and traditionally excellent Italian coffee are available.
Life is bustling every minute.
In the evenings, loud Italian music is a defining color of the street.
The family welcome is unique, they put their heart and soul into the hospitality.
Thank you for the experience to Dear Lina, Edmond, and their three beautiful children.

14/08/2025: Very good kebab, very short wait times (we got our two kebab menus with a drink and fries in ten minutes), very fair prices!! The place is very close to the beaches, the staff are very friendly and lively!! Open from 11pm to 5am. I absolutely recommend this place!!!

28/12/2025: I don't often write bad reviews, but this experience ruined our penultimate day of vacation. My girlfriend and I arrived at 8pm, and we got our drinks relatively quickly, but then we had to wait for about 40 minutes to ask if we could order food. The manager probably ordered it from us, and when most of the restaurant had left and we still hadn't had our food, she probably realized that she had forgotten to place our order, so we got two pizzas at 10:10pm, when my girlfriend was almost asleep. The pizza was absolutely ordinary, definitely not worth the wait. I would have expected at least some compensation when paying, but that didn't happen, it was my fault, we should have left at the beginning... never again.

15/11/2025: All the orders arrive several minutes late, or don't arrive at all. By the time they arrive, I'm losing my appetite.
17/10/2025: I came for lunch with my dad. The staff was very kind and attentive, the wait for the dishes was practically non-existent, so it was really, really quick, and the food was delicious!! I recommend it.

I've been dining there for five years. The quality of the food, the helpfulness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the place are impeccable, even considering the price.
If the lady is the only one complaining, there must be a reason...

Very low-quality food
I didn't eat anything, in fact, I left everything. I pointed it out at the cashier... no one cared about my comment...
I donated €16 to charity...
The prices didn't reflect the menu...
P.S. No one at the table ate well...
The place was so cold... they even put on scarves
even with oil...
