27/01/2026: I'd like to point out that my version of events will inevitably be contrasted with the pizzeria's, as neither party can objectively prove what happened. That said, I believe it's fair to point out the opaque handling of a large order: 12 meters of pizza. We were given a clear quote over the phone: €28 per meter for a Margherita and €35 ​​per meter for a stuffed pizza. We later added an additional meter of Margherita and a meter of stuffed pizza. At that point, without any prior communication, the prices changed. We only noticed this upon delivery, to our obvious surprise. The price difference, about €20, isn't the real problem. The problem is the total lack of clarity and communication. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, the staff preferred to justify the price change, as if the point was to prove they were right. We're talking about an order worth nearly €400: in a situation like this, you expect an apology, not embarrassing explanations. Even when you're convinced you're right, a little humility makes all the difference. A simple "we're sorry" could have solved everything and kept a customer. That didn't happen, and trust—along with any future orders—was lost. For the sake of completeness, I should also point out that the pizza itself didn't live up to expectations.

23/09/2025: I'm writing a review of the evening of July 12th with another couple and five children, which cost €412. Two appetizers and two first courses shared between the adults, two first courses, a fried dish, and I don't remember what for the children. I was definitely disappointed with one of the first courses, which surprisingly had undercooked pasta. The appetizer was a dish divided into five tastings... The first course was sea urchins... I'm sorry, but I had eaten the same dish in Calabria a week earlier, and the comparison was devastating. Desserts were definitely a positive note... During dinner, I asked for the wine list... I waited 10 minutes and had to ask for one of the wines I remembered reading so as not to wait any longer. We all know prices have gone up; one would expect at least a higher quality equivalent. I'm sorry, but at this place, the price wasn't up to par.

02/09/2025: Good evening, I went to dinner at this restaurant with my wife, and the location, along with the kindness of the staff, made us feel at ease and enjoyed a lovely evening. Furthermore, the dishes are excellent, and the Sicilian chef's desserts live up to the description. We'll be back 👍

13/12/2025: On Sunday, December 7th, at 7:10 PM, we entered this lovely, recently renovated establishment to order a macchiato, an Americano, and two pastries. The coffee machine had already been cleaned, and they couldn't accommodate us.

05/11/2025: Visited several times, all the staff were kind, including the owners, clean and quality of the products, 5 stars because it can't be better.

26/10/2025: A good old-fashioned pub. It harks back to the days of the lira and happy Italians; I love that kind of atmosphere. Pizza is only available in the evenings from Friday to Sunday. We always stop by when we're in the area. If you're looking for something more elegant, there's a pizzeria across the street in the hotel—they also have a wood-burning oven. *Another visit (June 2025), and another good experience. New pizzaiolo (female), great pizza—thank you 🇮🇹😎🤩😋🇮🇹

26/11/2025: I, Maria Martina Ginza, pious and respectful, nicknamed Mapi and known as Tortora, seventy-seven years old, confess that, despite my advanced age, I don't always receive the reverence I deserve: sometimes irreverent young men, with a carefree attitude, call me the bizarre "Six Seven." Yet, with a patient heart and a restrained laugh, I continue my journey through the sweetness of life, preserving my dignity and the joy that always accompanies me. So it was that I crossed the threshold of the "Luna" ice cream shop in Udine, and was immediately captivated by the sweet aroma that wafted through the air. Young Matteo, with expert hands and a cheerful smile, served me exquisitely refined ice creams, whose flavors danced harmoniously on my lips and ignited a joyful amazement in my soul. Oh, how enchanting it was to see such skill and courtesy combined! Each flavor seemed like a small gift from the angels, and the simple, welcoming atmosphere invited me to linger and enjoy so much sweetness. So I left the "Luna" gelateria with a joyful heart and an indelible memory of the mastery and gracious presence of young Matteo, who made my earthly pilgrimage sweeter and happier. 17/01/2026: We came for dinner without a reservation, and the staff willingly seated us. The waitresses were nice and helpful even though they were very busy during the 7pm rush hour. We got our food in no time. The carbonara was excellent, and we really liked it, the 4 formaggi pizza was average, and I would have expected it to be more well done, but also a better dough overall, the ingredients on it were excellent, I have to admit. The dessert at the end was excellent. I have to say that the prices are good compared to Austria, or even Slovenia, which are a bit expensive.

25/10/2025: We had an Aperol Spritz and a Campari Spritz. Lots of ice and very little Spritz. Not even a crisp or a snack nearby. Rude people, to boot. €8 wasted.

26/08/2025: A charming spot in the heart of San Daniele with prices in line with the area. The atmosphere is well-kept and the stay pleasant. The staff is a sore point... The waitress walked past us "idle" and never asked us what we wanted. We had to stop her to order. The table was dirty (drinks from the previous person) and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Anyway, she was kind and polite... not a waitress.

05/01/2026: They get the seasoning wrong even though I specified it twice in a row and when I call them to tell them what they did wrong they raise their voices at me

09/10/2025: Ordered on Just Eat. I thought it would have a higher crust, which I'm not exactly crazy about, but it was perfect. Crispy, well-filled, excellent. Marinara with anchovies

12/01/2026: They told me the ice cream was good, but the cakes and chocolates weren't worth the price.

29/09/2025: Not a nice bar. Nothing in this hotel is nice anyway. It's better to go to a bar outside, but you can't even call it a bar. Never again from this hotel.
