12/03/2026: One of the best ice creams I have ever tasted!

26/11/2025: I, Maria Martina Ginza, pious and respectful, nicknamed Mapi and known as Tortora, seventy-seven years old, confess that, despite my advanced age, I don't always receive the reverence I deserve: sometimes irreverent young men, with a carefree attitude, call me the bizarre "Six Seven." Yet, with a patient heart and a restrained laugh, I continue my journey through the sweetness of life, preserving my dignity and the joy that always accompanies me. So it was that I crossed the threshold of the "Luna" ice cream shop in Udine, and was immediately captivated by the sweet aroma that wafted through the air. Young Matteo, with expert hands and a cheerful smile, served me exquisitely refined ice creams, whose flavors danced harmoniously on my lips and ignited a joyful amazement in my soul. Oh, how enchanting it was to see such skill and courtesy combined! Each flavor seemed like a small gift from the angels, and the simple, welcoming atmosphere invited me to linger and enjoy so much sweetness. So I left the "Luna" gelateria with a joyful heart and an indelible memory of the mastery and gracious presence of young Matteo, who made my earthly pilgrimage sweeter and happier. 23/09/2025: I'm writing a review of the evening of July 12th with another couple and five children, which cost €412. Two appetizers and two first courses shared between the adults, two first courses, a fried dish, and I don't remember what for the children. I was definitely disappointed with one of the first courses, which surprisingly had undercooked pasta. The appetizer was a dish divided into five tastings... The first course was sea urchins... I'm sorry, but I had eaten the same dish in Calabria a week earlier, and the comparison was devastating. Desserts were definitely a positive note... During dinner, I asked for the wine list... I waited 10 minutes and had to ask for one of the wines I remembered reading so as not to wait any longer. We all know prices have gone up; one would expect at least a higher quality equivalent. I'm sorry, but at this place, the price wasn't up to par.

02/09/2025: Good evening, I went to dinner at this restaurant with my wife, and the location, along with the kindness of the staff, made us feel at ease and enjoyed a lovely evening. Furthermore, the dishes are excellent, and the Sicilian chef's desserts live up to the description. We'll be back 👍

26/10/2025: A good old-fashioned pub. It harks back to the days of the lira and happy Italians; I love that kind of atmosphere. Pizza is only available in the evenings from Friday to Sunday. We always stop by when we're in the area. If you're looking for something more elegant, there's a pizzeria across the street in the hotel—they also have a wood-burning oven. *Another visit (June 2025), and another good experience. New pizzaiolo (female), great pizza—thank you 🇮🇹😎🤩😋🇮🇹

12/03/2026: Excellent meatballs. A sad atmosphere, complemented by the grim news you hear on the radio, which usually should only be playing music (and perhaps without commercials).

05/01/2026: Un’esperienza surreale e profondamente spiacevole, che va ben oltre una semplice “brutta serata”.Già prima del nostro episodio, la stessa cameriera stava urlando contro altri clienti, visibilmente fuori controllo, arrivando a sbattere oggetti e creare un clima di forte tensione all’interno del locale.Poco dopo, a seguito di una semplice richiesta fatta con educazione da mia madre, la situazione è degenerata: la cameriera ha iniziato a urlare contro di noi, arrivando a dire testualmente“Stai zitta stronza, vaffanculo.”A quel punto ci siamo rivolti al proprietario per cercare di riportare la calma e comprendere cosa stesse accadendo. La risposta è stata ancora più grave:“Fai stare zitta questa merda umana.”Nessuna provocazione, nessun comportamento scorretto da parte nostra. Solo aggressioni verbali, insulti e totale mancanza di controllo.

18/07/2025: Servizio impeccabile, senza chiedere e senza addebito ci hanno portato un secondo piatto per l’antipasto e una seconda forchetta per il dolce, è stata una carineria molto apprezzata, quei piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. I piatti ottimi, specialmente i ravioli di mare super, si nota la ricerca delle materie prime. La Signora spiega con dovizia le ricette. Altamente Raccomandato

16/12/2025: It's a homey trattoria where you eat whatever's available. Simple menu, but food made with passion... They're very kind, even under pressure. They're the best in that area.

23/10/2025: Small corner stone, nice but a little dated environment, good coffee or aperitif, ideal for a quick break

03/12/2025: At the Montecarlo bar, in addition to good coffee, Daniel prepares excellent appetizers and serves them with kindness. Valentina and Andrea are also there, and they are all young and very friendly.

07/03/2026: Negative experience. I came in wanting a classic espresso at the counter, as per Italian tradition, but it was practically denied or made impossible/inconvenient due to the establishment's internal logic (e.g., table service only, counter not open, absurd wait times). A bar that doesn't promote coffee at the counter makes no sense. It's unfair that customers should have to pay a premium or suffer inconvenience for a basic service. I won't be returning.

21/01/2026: Beautiful, elegant bar on the Lignano seafront. The chocolate is excellent, and the sweets are just as good.

12/08/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for lunch. The spaghetti vongole was simply fantastic, along with a bottle of house wine—that's what lunch should be like. The landlady knows how to make guests happy, and she's an excellent cook.

13/03/2026: Chosen at random on a Thursday night... one of the best pozzr I've ever eaten. Very very kind waitress and their lemon delight is amazing. I'll be back.
