A little curiosity: if you read a review made by MICHELE BONATI, know that it is an employee or the owner. How do I know? Well, dear Michelino, the next time you write a review and take the photos yourself, or ask others to do it for you, be careful not to include reflections of signs, napkin dispensers, telephones and above all the ingredients line in the photo! Furthermore, just look for you on Facebook, my Michelino: you clearly wrote that you work there. This information is public and you are the one who decided to share it with the whole world, well done. 29/10/2024: The pizza I ate was delicious. A gongonzola pizza with just the right amount of flavor! It takes a short time to prepare (10 minutes maximum), making it a great option restaurant for when you're hungry.

25/04/2025: Rispetto agli altri ristoranti della stessa catena nel quale sono stato, questo è senza dubbio il peggiore. Personale non troppo cortese, servizio lento, piatti ordinati che non sempre sono arrivati e qualità del cibo appena accettabile. La prossima volta che verrò al centro commerciale sicuramente saprò dove NON andare.

25/04/2025: Non andate dopo i primi 4 piatti aspetti 1 ora e 50 minuti, ti alzi vai alla cassa arrabbiato e affamato e ti dicono hai mangiato abbastanza.

Arriving on a beautiful sunny day, we were immediately won over by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, The cuisine was the real protagonist of our experience. Each dish told the local tradition with a touch of refinement and the quality of the ingredients was perceived in every bite, and the attention to detail was evident in every course. To top it all off, an impeccable service: the waiters, smiling and professional, skillfully managing the entire place. Sitting in the sun with a glass of wine in hand, surrounded by the mountain we understood that this place really deserves a visit An experience that we will repeat soon, perhaps after a long ski to earn all that goodness

06/09/2024: Do not ruin your stay ! It may be tempting to book as it’s cheaper than other hotels but it’s not worth it ! Trust me! The facilities - everything is either old and smelly or broken and not working , food is very very basic , some of the dishes didn’t even have a taste like the fish and pasta : it was so bad 😟 I booked a superior room and the toilet smelled horrible for 4 days until they ‘ve finally changed the room , the staff (especially the young blonde girl at reception ) is so rude and not helpful , her attitude towards me when complained about the room being noisy and smelly toilet she didn’t even apologise but rather trying to find excuses such as nothing can be done “, it’s not our fault “😟 I could not believe this is happening to me ! The food is even better at your house, don’t even bother to come and eat , the staff at the eating place were as well very unhappy and it took ages until they brought something or helped ; there is one particular man there with glasses that has this rude / unhappy /frustrated face attitude and is never welcoming anyone , it’s like you’re staying there for free and he’s been punished to serve you 😂, absolutely no respect for the customers and a little smile at least or “good morning “🙈

06/02/2025: Premetto che la scelta di questa pizzeria (che non avevo mai frequentato) è stata dovuta al fatto che era un lunedi sera e la maggior parte delle altre pizzerie da me conosciute erano chiuse. Il locale si presenta bene all'interno (arredamento classico da ristorante, un po' scuro) e con apparecchiatura adeguata (tovaglioli di stoffa, molto graditi). Abbiamo optato per un calzone alla napoletana e una pizza Agerolina (con mozzarella di bufala e rucola). Quest'ultima aveva un prezzo non da poco: 14 euro per una margherita con un po' di mozzarella aggiuntiva forse di bufala e una copertura di rucola con tutti i gambi, ma le aspettative che si trattasse di una specialità sono state deluse soprattutto dal fatto che i pomodorini avevano rilasciato tutto il loro liquido, rendendo la pizza "bagnata" e il fondo molliccio. Anche nel calzone di mio marito c'era troppo liquido rilasciato dalla ricotta che evidentemente non era stata sgocciolata a sufficienza. Entrambe non si potevano certo definire gustose. Avremmo gradito una maggior attenzione nella loro preparazione, anche perchè nel locale c'erano pochi avventori e quindi i pizzaioli non erano ovviamente pressati dalla fretta. Alla fine, per due pizze così colà, una coca-cola zero e un bicchiere d'acqua, conto di 35 euro. Forse questo locale come ristorante sarà migliore, ma come pizzeria non me la sento di consigliarlo.

01/02/2025: Mai mangiato così male,e pagato così caro in un "ristorante" pizzeria... Si salvano i camerieri, abbastanza gentili,anche se uno di loro poteva fare a meno di chiedere come fosse il cibo,mi ē suonata come una presa in giro. Signora in cassa poi sembrava quasi scocciata. A mai più,neanche vicino ci voglio passare.

16/03/2025: Truly BAD service! On 03/16, I went to the bar in question to get something to drink. I pay at the cash register for a pear juice and a cappuccino, two drinks that don't require much preparation. On the receipt, the payment showed as having been made at 4.34pm and at 5.05pm nothing had yet arrived. Until I notice that a table, a few meters from the one I was sitting at, is requesting a cappuccino from the brunette waitress. It was obvious there was already a friendly relationship between the table and the waitress, since the latter brought what was requested immediately (without them having paid first). I immediately requested my money back since the service was not guaranteed to me and the waitress, found at the cash register because she was temporarily replacing her colleague, had the nerve to tell me “But what are you missing? Come on, I'll do it for you right away." I can understand the fact that the staff, being limited, has difficulty managing the large number of customers, but seeing scenes in which a certain table is favored because they have friendly relationships I find it incorrect. I would never set foot there again, even if it were the only bar open. Deplorable service.

21/02/2025: Pleasant bar in the middle of a shopping center. At first glance it looks a bit run down. Service very friendly and accommodating. Spritz Aperol the price is right. A year ago the filling quantity was larger. There could be more in the glass. Ambiance fits.

12/08/2024: Aperitif whose only spectacular feature was the backdrop of Villa Manin. 5 people 5 aperitifs 1 bowl (plastic😢) with a small amount of potatoes that I could bring from home. No sugar-free drinks... Oh well! For a location like this, it's an understatement to say it's shameful! Put a hand on your conscience. Never again, I made a terrible impression on my guests.

10/11/2024: November 10 No hot chocolate, instant ginseng not completely dissolved and scattered on the edge of the cup, dirty coffee saucers, cups smelling of wet sponge, bathroom latch stuck. Asked what brioche it had, the answer was jam or cream, then a small square parcel of chocolate mixed with cream arrived. Let's say...

24/02/2025: Presumably the owner is an extremely rude person, I found myself in a difficult situation, I needed to charge my phone and I took a Red bull specifically to spend enough kindly asking to charge the phone for just a moment, the answer was there are no sockets, I pointed out 3 free sockets and in response he told me that the rules don't allow you to do so, and to charge with the sockets that are in the waiting room... and me, are there any sockets? I don't know.. thank you, humanity 0 and I really wonder if one day it happens to you.. and first of all what it means.. because it's not my habit to ask for favors but sometimes I find myself in difficulty.. and I've never really found such coldness as there.. the brioches seemed also good but I say that appearance isn't everything and among other things I wanted to get expensive stuff to charge the phone and the Red bull was only Sugar free and the normal one was over... I took it anyway because I didn't want to get a cheap thing for the favor but I was left frozen...

20/11/2024: Friendly service, good choice of sandwiches, desserts and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you have to wait at the station in Udine, recommended. If you have to spend more than an hour and you don't have luggage, it's better to look for something else nearby. Curiously they also have a vegan brioche among the choices.

01/03/2025: Pagué 15 € por 5 piezas de raviolis, sabían bien pero el tamaño era un aperitivo de un aperitivo. El tamaño era simplemente una maldita broma... Mis amigos tampoco estaban contentos con sus platos. Y no se puede dividir la cuenta, lo que me recordó a la tecnología utilizada en la edad de piedra
