27/08/2025: We ate at the restaurant today, and the servers were all very attentive and friendly! It was completely packed, but everything went quickly, and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

19/08/2025: Breakfast was poor. Being Italians, we prefer sweet foods, but at this hotel, breakfast was mostly savory. They had more cold cuts than sweet options. Only two types of croissants, and rarely any cakes. Service was almost nonexistent. We constantly had to alert the staff when water and cups were out.

31/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, dishes prepared with care and attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

30/10/2025: Our food was very good. Both the ribbon pasta with wild boar ragout and the seafood spaghetti were served quickly, cooked well, tasted great, and were quite generous portions. The price was reasonable.

31/07/2025: A pleasant place, a nice discovery. Quick and friendly service. Fair prices for a white spritz.

13/08/2025: Returned after a few years and found the facility dilapidated and the fish was of low quality. Not recommended.

07/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. The grilled calamari was delicious, as was the spaghetti alla marinara, which was tasty and well-made. The fried calamari was also light and crispy. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We recommend it.

06/08/2025: Sempre eccellente.. antipasto di crudo crudo ed ancora crudo ottimo ed accompagnato da un favoloso wasabi. Pizze gourmet eccellenti, l’omaggio alla regina Margherita ha un pomodoro sontuoso.

24/07/2025: Personale sempre cortese ed attento, ci hanno trovato un tavolo in pochi minuti, purtroppo rispetto agli anni precedenti dove trovavo una giusta qualità con dei prezzi onesti, riscontro un aumento di prezzi ma una diminuzione della qualità almeno nel reparto ristorante.

30/10/2025: I tried the autumn menu, and as always, it's a sure thing. I recommend booking, especially on weekends. The wait is more than worth it, thanks to the quality of the products. Finding places where food isn't pre-cooked these days is increasingly difficult. Recommended! Friendly and helpful staff.

28/10/2025: It's hard to tell from what's written abroad, but they only offer one-course meals with a first course, second course, and side dish, which sometimes turns into a tiny piece of polenta that's not even half the size of the ones they serve at festivals. However, since it's all on one plate, the portions are obviously small. Therefore, the price seems excessive for what you get. The quality is average, but this judgment can be subjective. What is certainly objective is the exorbitant cover charge: paying €2 per person for tables without tablecloths but with placemats, paper napkins, and no bread (if you want it, you have to pay separately) is truly disproportionate. Luckily, it's not the only place to eat in Castelmonte.

24/08/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo. We thought we'd give a chance to historic establishments in Udine, rather than the usual overcrowded, trendy ones. We sat down and ordered a Malvasia and a Spritz Hugo. They arrived in two tavern-style glasses, accompanied by chips as old as the place. We finished both glasses in one go. Knowing the Malvasia producer, she must have been treated badly. Not to mention the Hugo. The same amount as the white wine and without ice, with still wine on tap. Total: 9 euros. Needless to say, for us, the experience ended there.

18/09/2025: We went to this Agriturismo for dinner. I have to say they're not very welcoming and service-oriented. It was just my wife and I, and we waited almost 10 minutes at the table just to order a drink, and another 10 minutes to order dinner. Luckily, the gnocchi with ragu and the polenta and fricco were good. The portions weren't huge, I'd say skimpy, but the food was good. We also wanted dessert or a second glass of Ribolla Gialla, but the wait was endless. Flies were everywhere, and the dogs weren't very clean, I'd say. The waitresses kept coming by and didn't pay any attention to us, so we paid and left. I recommend the managers take a course on how to improve service and reduce wait times for customers. It's a shame, but I don't recommend it.

04/11/2025: We stopped for lunch, a small group, and ordered spaghetti with clams for everyone...,,,, good! But the pasta was a little sparse, the clams were plentiful, and the price was a bit high for my taste. Anyway, the prices are clearly displayed, and there are no surprises at the end! It's really nice outside...

02/11/2025: Decent food for an exorbitant price. The right place if you want to be charged 70 euros for a Branzino.

02/10/2025: I purchased a surprise bag from this store via the "Too Good to Go" app. Pickup was scheduled for 6:30 PM after driving to no avail and paying for parking. I received a cancellation email from the store at 6 PM. The shameful thing is that they require a minimum of two hours' notice if you want to cancel, while they themselves cancel your order shortly before, not caring about people like me who had to drive a quarter of an hour or more and pay for parking since the street where they're located is a restricted traffic zone.

13/09/2025: I returned to this pastry shop after 15 years, and I must say the quality hasn't changed. I'm very happy to have found the kind lady again, who I believe is one of the owners. The rest of the staff is excellent, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the crowds are typical of a city center like those of years past. I was pleasantly surprised that pets are welcome (especially since there's a vet right next door—also excellent!). Last but not least: finally, I don't have to compromise between a perfectly made cappuccino and a mediocre brioche, or vice versa, because everything at Dusci is delicious! It really feels like I've gone back to a time when shop workers did their job with passion: it's thanks to these people that life has that little something extra that makes every day special. 💖

04/09/2025: One of the dirtiest places I've ever seen. There's everything on the floor inside, and the owner sits there with his phone in his hand, scrolling. In the bathroom, the sink gives you a sense of overall cleanliness. The white porcelain has a yellow mark, indicating that it hasn't seen any detergent since it was installed. See photo. The lady who prepares the poke is also very kind and nice, but that doesn't excuse the lack of cleanliness. When you go into the bathroom, you can see a small storage room...terrifying. STAY AWAY.

15/08/2025: The young man who prepares and serves food is very helpful and kind, the ingredients are excellent, and the atmosphere is well-kept, with several tables where you can enjoy a cool lunch break during the hot summer hours.

09/09/2025: Poor-quality cafeteria food at restaurant prices. Pasta was unavailable at dinner due to a broken kettle. Service was inexperienced and poorly trained.

23/05/2025: A very cozy, pleasant restaurant for a day trip. We were served quickly and well, and our baby was very considerate. Changing diapers and warming baby food were no problem. Very child-friendly, as you would expect.

18/10/2025: The smell of shit all around and inside the restaurant is disgusting. Guys, the sewer system needs to be checked urgently. It's impossible to stay inside.

20/09/2025: The pizza may be good, but they promise delivery at 9 PM and then deliver it after 9:45 PM! That's all well and good, but the pizza isn't worth the wait!!! Very disappointed...

18/10/2025: Bad experience. Poor online order handling (order arrived over an hour late), rudeness from the person who answered the phone when I contacted them to find out where my order was (she practically hung up on me). Prices are way too high, the worst vegan sushi I've ever had; the rest of the food wasn't bad, but it was good and definitely not. Poor and repetitive vegan option.
