12/08/2024: Aperitif whose only spectacular feature was the backdrop of Villa Manin. 5 people 5 aperitifs 1 bowl (plastic😢) with a small amount of potatoes that I could bring from home. No sugar-free drinks... Oh well! For a location like this, it's an understatement to say it's shameful! Put a hand on your conscience. Never again, I made a terrible impression on my guests.

11/07/2024: During a concert, when the staff were not allowed to let people in without reservation (probably because there were so many people, the restaurant is literally inside the concert venue), someone working there was kind enough to let me and a friend in who had traveled from abroad and hadn't eaten and served us. Thanks!

07/01/2024: It's not possible that in a bar in the center they don't even have classic hot chocolate... and at 9.30pm they send people away rudely because they have to close.

13/07/2024: Totally negative experience. It's not the first time I've come to this bar in the CC Città Fiera di Udine and all the experiences have not always been up to par so today I decided to do the review. The staff is totally indifferent to the customer's well-being, there is no "good morning", "good evening" or "thank you". I was exactly the only customer at the counter and to make me a coffee, the barista probably made me wait a full 5 minutes because in the meantime he was wandering around the bar and serving the arriving customer. When, after 5 minutes of waiting, I asked for a glass of water, in a totally rude and rude way he said "eh but it's 50 cents more". He places the coffee on the cup rest, almost throwing it after me without saying "please" or any other polite term and in the meantime he takes the change I had left on the counter. After the coffee I waited there for about a minute thinking he would give me the receipt which is evidently an optional because it is already the 3rd time I have been there and they have never given me the receipt. Terrible bar, not worth it for any reason (in fact totally devoid of customers, I was the only idiot who stopped).

29/08/2024: We went the day before last night having already bought the presale, there were two boys and two girls in total. We arrive around 11.45pm, fortunately accompanied because it is impossible to find parking near the disco. The place is located in the middle of busy streets, with a small open space in front of the entrance, where it is apparently only possible to park if you own a car that costs several hundred thousand euros. At first we are rejected by the bodyguard, who provokes us in various ways, first by telling us to stop in front of a car, then by telling us to move because we were leaning too much against the car. We later learn that the "reason" for this was that one of us was wearing sunglasses, which we obviously promptly took off. Around 00:05 we get back in line. The bodyguard checks the document meticulously for me and the boy and lets us pass with a few dirty looks. The two girls who were with us show their identity cards in photos, as they do not have paper ones, thus being denied access. And up to this point everything was fine, because the need to have a paper document was actually specified (despite the fact that the bodyguard had uttered this rather ironic phrase: "you see, it's written right there in small letters", pointing to a sign already inside the nightclub and smiling of the tiny size of the writing). The very serious problem is that he overlooked the fact that not even five minutes earlier he had let a girl in with the photo of the document, without saying a word. At this point, I step forward and ask for explanations. And here he gives his worst, admitting, at first, that it was actually a photo, then that it was a health card and therefore it was fine. Faced with the absurdity of this statement (the health card isn't even an identification document even on paper, let alone in a photo), he then begins to tell me "I don't remember", "I don't know", "I've never said” etc., with a deliberately ironic and mocking attitude. We left in disgust, then there were developments with the director and the presales staff for the refund of the tickets, which I won't talk about for privacy reasons, but always based on "power beats power" and never on honesty and professionalism (I don't know who is in front of me so I'm afraid of who you are and what you can do to me) and on the abuse of the public by the bodyguards (shortly afterwards in more confidential conversations the bodyguard will admit to discriminating in terms of clothing, behavior and even speech!) . I also left out the fact that we are from Rome and not Venetian, I hope it wasn't a decisive part of what happened. In short, the usual squalor of Italian discos. What I wrote is all recorded and will be consultable by those in charge, also because we have all witnessed, even during subsequent conversations, entries made using digital photos of documents and, apparently, also of non-documents.

29/08/2024: A place I often frequent due to lack of alternatives in the area. The manager is an unprofessional convict who is very rude to anyone who criticizes him. The incompetent and particularly violent security personnel with whom it is impossible to have a dialogue. Runners and waiters at the mercy of events. The food is worthy of complaint, school canteen chefs. Place frequented only because it has no competitors. If it were at least cheap, I mark up from 300% to 1000% on bottles. Absence of high-level artists and important guests, very little entertainment at dinner. Absence of inspection and law enforcement controls for a safe bribe ring. Disturbing

12/05/2024: Got takeaway with Just Eat With food just bad Black avocado inside the rolls If you have to find ruined food like this it's really bad, being an avocado lover never found in other sushi restaurants. To then say that we are nitpicking

04/09/2024: For the first time in many years I decide to try this ice cream shop with my sister. We regret confirming previous reviews regarding the lack of helpfulness of the lady behind the counter. At 6pm we ask for an ice cream with cream and the lady tells us to wait as she would have had to load it into the machine and we don't know how long it would have taken (exact words 'I have to stay there for an hour'). All with an annoyed attitude (in the presence of other people)... attitude perhaps misinterpreted on our part? But judging from the previous reviews, they can't, ma'am, misinterpret 10 people... perhaps instead of responding in kind in a useless way you should examine your conscience and understand if your ways are actually appropriate for the customers. We left given the complexity of whipping some cream (although done at the moment it is not a titanic undertaking). I expect the usual response... my profile is public and I boast numerous excellent reviews as a local guide ;) Answer: you confirm it is what everyone wrote, I'm not the one who believes it. From what I see, she too judges without knowing me, she talks about intelligence but I wonder how she dares. So what does he have so much to talk about? What is contested is not what she says but the way she does it... the same gentleman before us proposed that she carry out her activities in peace, it was she who said 'no, I should stay there for an hour ' And she was also told 'let's hope not for an hour!' By the gentleman in question, or perhaps he has lost his memory... but as they say, washing the donkey's head loses water and soap. Unfortunately, it is useless to give constructive criticism, especially to such grim women who certainly pour out personal frustrations on others, I am very sorry, I am sad for you. Very cordial greetings.

05/08/2024: AWFUL, I CAME HERE TWICE,, THE ICE CREAM IS OF POOR QUALITY, THE VERY RUDE SALESMAN DIDN'T WANT ME TO START EATING THE ICE CREAM UNTIL I HAD PAID FIRST,,, THE SCALL IS TOO SMALL.. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT ARTISAN ICE CREAM , IT'S BAD HERE

07/07/2024: Mangiato una pizza, lievitata male, mezza cruda ma in alcuni punti carbonizzata e un piatto con 6 calamari piccoli e di cartone per quanti erano secchi e duri, 5 gamberi con sabbia e delle patatine fritte surgelate che manco in un fast-food sono così terribili, pagati veramente troppo in rapporto alla qualità!!!! Siamo stati male durante la notte per il cibo pessimo mangiato.. Che dire? Mai più!!!! A Tarvisio ci sono molti altri posti che meritano e dove si mangia molto molto meglio!!

I asked the girl several times if the bill was wrong, with presumption and arrogance her answer was very clear. The only positive note is the place in the shade. Never again.....
