23/02/2026: This was a unique experience and so personalized from the front desk Dominica, our maitre de Giacomo and Chef Enzo. We were offered coffee as soon as we arrived. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they even made a cake and sang Happy Birthday to her with free wine too! This is a very culturally Italian experience to book here. If you're expecting a very fancy hotel, it's not that. It is a perfect situation for a quiet wonderful experience

12/07/2026: The Prosciutto San Daniele Riserva was spectacular, as was the tagliolini (also made with San Daniele). The tagliata was good. The service was excellent, recommending the best wine to pair with the Prosciutto. For everything I ate and drank, it was good value.

27/01/2026: I visited this restaurant on Sunday, during a heavy snowfall, and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is kind, professional, and has that touch of friendliness that makes you feel like a longtime customer. The appetizer of bread and lard was truly excellent. I chose the trio of ravioli: delicate, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. To finish, I enjoyed a huge slice of Sachertorte, delicious and well-made. We paired our meal with a simple yet pleasant local table wine. At the end of the meal, we were offered a truly delicious hay grappa, a gesture that confirms the authenticity of the place. We spent about 30 euros per person, a sum more than justified by the quality and overall experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

My husband and I tried the truly delicious asparagus and sclopit lasagna, delicate yet rich in flavor, the delicious beans with onion, and the exceptional paella. For a sweet end, we had their fiordilatte and hazelnut gelato: incredibly creamy and simply delicious! But what made everything even more special was the impeccable service. A heartfelt thank you to Cristina, a waitress of rare kindness and professionalism. Always smiling, attentive, helpful, and capable of making us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. People like that truly make the difference. Congratulations to the entire Cospalat staff: we will definitely be back with great pleasure!
