You can immediately sense the attention paid to the selection of raw materials and the use of select ingredients, which truly make a difference in the final result.
The new management, young but with years of experience behind them, demonstrates solid expertise, bringing fresh ideas yet great professionalism.
The offerings are varied and always inviting, with fresh products crafted every day. In particular, the Colomba cakes we recently ate were the best ever: soft, fragrant, and full of flavor, truly exceptional.
A bakery definitely worth a visit!

Let's start from the beginning:
The reservation was easy, with a response that clearly shows what you're about to experience...
You arrive and have to ring a bell to enter.
An elegant setting, where you immediately feel at ease.
A warm and friendly welcome.
You find yourself in a stunning lounge.
Moving on to the food, we sampled traditional Marche dishes prepared with exceptional skill.
Everything was extraordinary, accompanied by an excellent rosé wine.
Even the desserts were delicious...
Everything was EXCELLENT!!!

Over an hour for two pasta dishes with meat sauce is unacceptable.
And we were among the first customers.
I don't recommend it.
07/12/2025: A lovely evening. We called a lot of restaurants to reserve a table for nine. The only one that had one was this osteria. The evening menu included three starters, three main courses, and three desserts. The one published online wasn't up to date. We still had a great time. The food was excellent and plentiful. The waiter was very friendly.

03/02/2026: Incredible place, out of this world! Recommended by a friend, I stopped to eat at this mountain hut on the slopes, which I had never considered. The best frico of my life! The owners are truly friendly! The only thing is, don't think it's a restaurant; you have to go in with no expectations and you'll leave super satisfied.

21/03/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is fast, the staff is polite and friendly, the dishes are some salty and some fried like the Cantonese rice.... the atmosphere is beautiful but the bathrooms need a renovation, but all in all the food is good and the place is clean and quiet having a room on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.
02/01/2026: Pleasant evening, friendly staff, and quick service. Overall, the food is okay, but the quality isn't great. Some dishes are too salty, and reordering some dishes would have slightly affected the quality, in our opinion. The fish sushi is good, the Chinese dishes a little less so, but still enjoyable. The price is good, and the portions are small, but that way you can order more.

19/04/2026: Nice place. I went there unannounced on a Saturday night and was served at my table within half an aperitif. The place was packed, and I waited less than 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food.
19/04/2026: Terrible service, terrible pizza, and the environment is dirty compared to a few years ago. The pizza has gotten worse and not only that. Unprofessional and arrogant girls. It's a shame because I've been going there for 20 years! But in these conditions I will never go back!

31/05/2026: NEVER AGAIN! I've ordered takeout pizza 3 times...
3 times, like an idiot, I'd say.
1st time: I ordered two takeout pizzas (they arrived cold and missing ingredients).
2nd time: I ordered a large pizza and two regular pizzas (requesting two more ingredients for the large pizza). They arrived after a 1-hour wait, with the wrong ingredients and mixed up pizzas after having to repeat the instructions 4 times.
3rd time: I ordered two pizzas at 7:00 PM, waiting an hour and a half. The lady was laughing at me on the phone while I was ordering; she was obviously more pleasant about what she was doing than taking the order.
I prefer the old management!
