15/08/2026: The best pizza in the world, and I'm not saying this because the owners are dear friends, but because when I return to Friuli, at least every other day, I go to enjoy a truly wonderful pizza.

06/09/2025: My partner and I stayed here for a week in August and had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet, and in the evenings, peace reigns. We were very pleased with the cuisine, which is rooted in tradition but never overwhelming, despite the often generous portions. The dishes are always carefully prepared, and the service is prompt and friendly. Our room was also well soundproofed, so we couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms.

26/07/2026: I want to point out that I've been a customer of Tilly's for years, even when it was in the old location, so until yesterday I considered myself a customer. Last night I showed up with friends and my little 2 kg dog and was denied entry even into the outside "garden." I asked to speak to the owner, and he replied in an annoyed manner that since he's been managing it, dogs are absolutely not allowed in the dining room or outside. Friends and I were planning on attending a jazz evening they organized on Thursday evening, but after this treatment, not only will I not be coming to any of the evenings, but above all, I'll be eating sandwiches elsewhere, where, fortunately, in 2026, there are places that respect animals and people!!!! A huge disappointment, but reading other negative reviews now, I realize I haven't lost anything! They definitely lose customers!!! 👏👏👏

28/06/2026: We frequent this place often, and besides the excellent sandwiches and beer, all the staff are very polite and efficient. The garden area is very pleasant and cool, especially on these very hot days. We've recently taken advantage of the takeout service, and considering the number of sandwiches—let's say quite a lot—everything was perfect, and the evening turned out great. Thanks to the staff.

17/05/2026: VERY SLOW COOKING (Saturday night pizza): We had reserved a table for 8:45 PM and waited 20 minutes. We sat down and waited 15 minutes for the menus, and another 15 minutes to order. We decided to order a frittino in the center, and waited 30 minutes. Then time dragged on, we were hungry, our pizzas were in a dark hole, and we were repeatedly told they would arrive "soon." 60 minutes later (11:15 PM), they arrived. We then waited another 15 minutes for the box to take the pizzas away. Worst part: the apology that never arrived. Best part: the pizza, really good and with quality dough.

07/08/2026: There were eight of us, and the table was very small. It was very hot, even though the air conditioning was on right above us. There were lots of midges and mosquitoes landing on the plates. Street vendors came in selling roses, and a woman was walking around without shoes. The pasta was brought to me before the drinks, so it was probably already prepared. However, we were offered a non-alcoholic sorbet from the kitchen, even though it tasted like practically nothing.

02/06/2026: In Spessa di Cividale, we discovered a beautiful and authentic Friulian establishment that deserves more visibility. The atmosphere is simple, in keeping with the owners' style, the wine is quality, and the crostini are excellent, made with exquisite ingredients and paired perfectly with their wines. Special mention goes to Gianfranco, who proved to be a professional and friendly host. The quality of the wine encouraged us to return for more, and we also appreciated Roberta's extreme courtesy. A local establishment that combines professionalism and the continuity of family values. Well done!

04/08/2026: I can't comment on this, considering the refuge was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the end of July. It's a real shame, because I had planned to stop and eat here in the height of summer. We had to change our itinerary at the last minute, thanks to the internet, which confirmed the restaurant's closing days. Anyway, it looks really nice, and I'll try to come back on an open day next time!

05/07/2026: I stop every year to take my daughter to the mountains. The setting is beautiful, the pastries are spectacular, but... There's no way I'm going to have to inhale the smoke from the next door while enjoying the cream. A ban in 2026 where you can eat is the bare minimum.

16/04/2026: A decent experience at this pastry shop. The products are good, but not exactly cheap. The service leaves a bit to be desired: there's only one sales assistant and the pace is rather slow, even at off-peak times. Overall, the quality is acceptable, but the service could be improved.
