06/11/2025: I had lunch here during the week. The entrance and bar aren't particularly attractive, but the room behind the restaurant is very traditional, well-kept, and welcoming. The fixed-price menu is excellent, while the à la carte menu is perhaps a little pricey considering the location. The food is good, with a meat-only menu and a limited selection of vegetables. Overall, everything was good, except for the price of the spritz (€4) and the salad (€5 for half a tomato, half a carrot, and 5-6 lettuce leaves).

27/10/2025: The food and drinks were absolutely excellent and the service was very friendly!

30/10/2025: The restaurant is simply romantic, situated right on one of the many rivers in this marine delta and even accessible by boat. It's perfect for individual diners as well as larger events. The service is smart and attentive. The menu offers a sophisticated yet classic selection. You can expect generous portions, with a focus on fish. The wine selection is excellent. The price-performance ratio is fair and perfectly acceptable for the quality offered. I would definitely recommend making a reservation during peak season. Tip: One thing that could be improved (though it's not directly related to the restaurant) is the numerous potholes on the narrow path, which is bordered on both sides by a water-filled ditch and doesn't allow for any speedy progress! Be careful of oncoming traffic. All in all, well worth a visit! PS: If you like my review, I'd appreciate a thumbs up! 😁👍

01/11/2025: The food was fantastic! I've rarely eaten so well! The atmosphere was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were greeted somewhat rudely because we didn't speak Italian. Communicating in English when ordering wasn't easy... The young waitress didn't understand anything.

29/11/2025: The staff is amazing and the food was well presented and tasty. You can order only open wine, but nothing wrong with that and totally aligned with the place philosophy. If you consider the place as simply upgraded great street sea food place, you will enjoy every part of it. Another note. Some car-navigation locate this place on the highroad, but it is under the highroad. So check the navigation before, not to do extra kilometers. On reservation they do offer also some special dishes with lobster, etc.

09/10/2025: We ate flash cordon and balik ekmek. Wow. Always everything was top notch. Thanks guys! Everything was delicious. Special sardines, original fresh fries, delicious squid takoyaki, wow. Habibi sandwich, Ulysses sandwich. Very special salad of the day with falafel on top or even diced chicken. Smashed beef burger with Val Pesarina cheese from Friuli Venezia Giulia, cheeseburger with bacon by Osvaldo Cormons. Everything was delicious, well done!

16/11/2025: For a medium gelato, €4, and that's not a bad price. Even though the gelato was tasteless and melted quickly, the clerks were so rude they almost seemed annoyed when I asked for the gelato. It melted in just a few seconds, and since I got dirty, I had to wash my hands in the sea because they didn't even provide a handkerchief, which should be included even if the customer doesn't ask for it. And, it's no excuse to say, "You could have asked," because some people are embarrassed, and the fact that the clerks aren't at all polite doesn't help; this should be a given. Terrible, not recommended. P.S. I didn't choose the wrong gelato shop because the other one is clearly better.

10/09/2025: Last Wednesday we had dinner with family, always enjoying delicious and beautifully presented dishes. We particularly enjoyed the fried shrimp, the delicious melon and vegetable appetizer, the tuna tartare, and especially the truffle risotto. However, the carbonara, in my opinion, was a bit watery. Also, the wine Cristian recommended (a white from the Friulian mountains) proved to have a slightly acidic aftertaste. If I were to repeat the experience, I would probably prefer a more robust one. Anyway, thanks again for your kindness and the refined food!

16/11/2025: A very elegant restaurant in the center of Udine. We dined on the veranda: wonderful! The canal flows beneath the glass floor, making it very romantic. The owners, Luca and Patrizia, are extremely kind and attentive to every detail. The dinner and wines were excellent. We felt pampered and will be back soon. Thank you, Luca... your restaurant is always a pleasure.
