A truly positive experience. The place is certainly not cheap but the dinner is worth every penny spent.

18/07/2024: We celebrated my son's birthday, there were 6 of us and we practically tasted almost half the menu, everything was very good and plentiful, the service was very professional, the girl who served us was really kind and attentive, plus they can boast an excellent selection of particular digestives from various Italian regions, the bill is very advantageous

26/08/2024: Molto cortesi e gentili, ci hanno servito un frico in due piatti. Solo il locale è un po' datato e il bagno da sistemare. Per il resto abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti della tradizione.
25/08/2024: Characteristic place near the center of Cervignano where you can taste typical Friuli dishes. We took a cheese cake made with natural ingredients (FRICO) and various local cured meats. All very good in a rustic and familiar environment. Recommended for those in the area

31/07/2024: Attractive hiking paths - might get crowded on sunny weekends! Some nice spot for a short swim as well. ! hours walk to the big waterfall. The ascent to the vase is a bit tricky - good hiking shoes are essential.

31/07/2024: Nice to come across places like Dal Piciul by chance, finding it on our route. Very kind owner and staff, starter (beef for me and salmon for my girlfriend) and first courses (cold broth and tortelli) super tasty. To close, an excellent tiramisu. Very nice and welcoming place. I hope to be in these parts soon otherwise I'll wait for you in Amsterdam ;)
28/07/2024: We found this place by chance, going to visit the nearby Corniolo lake. The staff was very kind and welcoming, even though we arrived near closing time and without a reservation. Exquisite food, menu written in a very fun and evocative way, beautiful and refined environment. Kindness, quality and hospitality will definitely make us return for a second visit.

24/08/2024: Menu with interesting and well-cooked dishes, such as cocoa cappellacci stuffed with spider crab and tecia potatoes. Finally a tiramisu made according to the right recipe and with an amazing flavour. Location a little anonymous, but welcoming. The service was fast and accompanied by kindness and friendliness.

07/08/2024: A very satisfying dinner in Gorizia based on a very tasty and plentiful dish of pasta with tomato, mozzarella and aubergines. Quick friendly service and limoncello offered at the end of the meal. Advised!
30/07/2024: Easily reachable from the center on foot, possibility of parking in the area. The place is well known in Gorizia and its surroundings for the quantity of its giant portions.
The menu is very simple, some first and second courses of meat and one of fish. I recommend the tagliatelle, medium cooked, good. And fried breaded prawns, good.
The portions are large, not to say exaggerated, the quality is good. An ideal place for fun, rather than romantic, dinners.

I recommend it, try it once.

31/07/2024: Ambiente piacevole, arredato con gusto e pulito. Si premette che non abbiamo ordinato pizze, ma antipasto misto abbondante (e delizioso) ed il primo ( paccheri all'astice) soddisfacente. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale disponibile e cortese. Da ritornarci.
