31/05/2026: So, we're still sitting in the restaurant…so all the impressions are still fresh in our minds. Actually, at least six stars would do the experience justice…and it would become our go-to spot for special moments if it were closer. As it is, we simply have to enjoy the evening and cherish the experience! To sum it up: The service was very attentive, personal, and quick! We felt comfortable from the very first moment. The food was perfect, and many of the little touches were simply brilliant (e.g., the pizza bread slices at the beginning, the pastries with olives baked inside, the little cookies with the perfect espresso!). Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!
30/05/2026: I've often stopped by this place for lunch, the pizzas and desserts are excellent, Mrs. Sabrina and all the staff are very kind and friendly.

31/05/2026: Amazing! What else can I say... Meal was delicious - from wagyu starter to steaks. Staff was very professional, pleasant and attentive. Ambience was great. If you are a carnivore or planning a special dinner, I highly recommend this bracerie. Hope to visit again!
29/05/2026: took my husband here for his birthday tonight. one of the best if not the best dinner we have had and we have had many great meals all over the world in the last 25 years. the cooking is unique and nuanced. every single dish we had was filled with depth of flavors, and beautifully presented. all the boys working there are nice and funny - made us smile. we had a nice chat with the very entrepreneurial young owner mario. very glad we finally came here. we'll be back.

13/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at the Darsena. If you want to eat refined, high-quality food, you're in the right place. The staff is top-notch and very knowledgeable, the wine list is truly extensive, and you can also taste delicacies from Friuli, but not only that. I highly recommend coming at least once in your life to be tickled by such deliciousness, plus the superb view of the inner marina with yachts.

02/05/2026: We've been coming here for two years and it's always a sure thing. A historic and well-kept restaurant. A little off the beaten path, but definitely worth a detour.
Excellent food, featuring both traditional Friulian and valley dishes.
Excellent service, fast and friendly waitress.
Highly recommended.

26/12/2025: Here, I ate the best dumplings ever. We took a ramen each (a must try ofc), and both were lovely. The food was tasting good and the plate presentation was so nice that I kinda fell in love with it at first sight. We also took 3 Bao's and, well... you have to give it a try. It is really worth it.
My favourite drink (so far) is the cinese green tea! No dumplings photo today, they were so good we forgot to take a pic. LoL (next time)
We will surely visit again!!

Nothing is changed and everything is still so good!
Easily one of best places to eat in town in my humble opinion.
18/12/2025: There's not much to say, the ramen is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the service is fast, and the prices are fair. It's best to book at certain times as the place is small.

The ambience, cuisine, friendliness, and quality make this restaurant a true gem, especially since it's located in a quaint hamlet, expertly enhanced by the owner. In short...a guarantee! 10/05/2026: The food was absolutely fantastic and hot... just freshly cooked. The 4 star instead of 5 was because they served nothing other than beer. We usually have wine with our dinner. It was too late to go anywhere else. It was clean and the servers were friendly.
23/04/2026: The sandwiches are very good, but I'm writing this review primarily for the staff, because, having been there a few times over the course of several months, I've always found them kind and helpful. As someone in the industry and having lived in Trieste for over a decade, I can say these are qualities that are hard to find in this place. I come in for a sandwich and always leave feeling a little happier than when I went in. Thanks guys :)
