It's become a regular stop for us: we return every year and the quality is consistently top-notch. We've always eaten wonderfully, with carefully prepared and truly delicious dishes. The staff is another great asset: the waiters are super friendly, attentive, and always available. The overall experience has been more than positive every time. It's a place we're always happy to return to and we recommend it without hesitation!

We dined at this restaurant in Lignano Sabbiadoro and the experience was truly exceptional, from every perspective. The location is meticulously designed: a welcoming, well-furnished space, a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Upon entering, you're immediately struck by a beautiful open-view refrigerator with dry-aged fish, a detail that immediately conveys quality and attention to the ingredients. As for the food, we were completely satisfied. We started with a truly delicious tuna tartare, fresh and well-balanced in flavor, followed by a platter of prosciutto and excellent Friulian cold cuts. But the real star of the evening was the spaghetti with clams and bottarga: simply exceptional, flavorful, and perfectly executed. We also tried the herb-filled Cjarsons. The wine cellar is excellent. We finished with a delicious dessert. The service was impeccable: the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, yet always discreet and elegant. An unexpected balance, which helped make the experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, a truly fantastic dinner that we recommend without hesitation. A restaurant that authentically combines quality, atmosphere, and professionalism.

A wonderful Friulian experience!! Refined dishes, excellent ingredients. Excellent value, fast and friendly service. After a few visits for both lunch and dinner, I can honestly say it's one of my go-to restaurants in Lignano.
