05/02/2026: Passing through Udine, we stopped for a quick lunch. The location is unique, the walls reek of history, a step back in time. A kind and smiling young woman greeted us, but she was alone, doing everything she could, but she was running around like a spinning top: one more person would have been preferable, also because, in our opinion, it affects the quality of the service. We opted for the workers' menu: first courses that weren't particularly good, lukewarm, not hot. Then we had two coffees, one of which was a macchiato, and you could taste the milk being reheated several times: undrinkable. We wanted to tell everyone about it when we were about to pay, but the young woman was too busy with all the other things to do, and there were a lot of people waiting to pay: expressing our reservations didn't seem like the right thing to do. Too bad, the place has a lot of potential.

06/01/2026: Excellent experience, friendly and helpful staff. One of the things I appreciate is that when you order an aperitif, they always bring something to eat, included in the price (the toast in the photo was not included)... and it's all delicious ❣️
