07/04/2024: Definitely the only restaurant where you can eat Japanese in Udine and its province (I've been to Japan!). Quality food, attentive service. Price in line with other "all you can eat" restaurants but there is no comparison for everything else! Finally in a restaurant where they pamper you!

12/02/2024: On the door the sign "NO ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT": finally I can eat only what I want without the moral duty to fill my stomach because I paid for it. I didn't book and I couldn't find people. Excellent food, sometimes better than other renowned places in the area (Xiao Mai space dishes, very hot because they have just been steamed, garnished with pea cream). The cuisine is essentially Japanese, but some Chinese dishes escape us, given that the restaurant is family-run by a Chinese couple. The environment is a bit modest, but pleasantly quiet, there are few seats and the takeaway business is large, but when I was there there were no customers. Attentive, kind, discreet service from the woman, while the man chops fish without pauses at the counter which also serves as a bar. Honest prices (but it is still a restaurant where you mainly eat fish). The place has no heating, which is provided by a couple of efficient mobile gas heaters, so if you want you can keep one nearby. A little too much cooking smell in the dining room (but this is a personal obsession of mine). Asahi beer is good. I was fine. In my opinion it deserves it. Only for people who don't like pomp, unbridled abundance, crowds, noise, the need to leave quickly to make room for others.

04/04/2024: Dont get the ramen!!! Everything else is sooo good and I don't know why they even offer the ramen which doesn't compare to anything else on the menu. The noodles aren't fresh and the egg is fried which is a bit of an odd choice. Everything else is genuenly amazing though so we honestly didn't want to take off any stars for the lackluster ramen. The sushi is absolutely fantastic, you can tell all the ingredients are really fresh. The temaki are really great too and the gamberi fritti are also really really well made and fresh. I would really reccomend sticking to the 12€ menu because you get your money's worth and more! The staff were also nice, although we wish they had brought all the food out at the same time. Will absolutely be coming back here many times!

22/03/2024: In 90% of cases we take takeaway food but since they renovated, it's also very pleasant to eat in the restaurant! The food is super, quality products and always delicious!

02/04/2024: Lunch menu: two dishes for 16.90 with covered water and coffee: really good and very quick service.

01/04/2024: Be careful of the bill. Always ask for the list detailing what you consumed. 47.5 euros 2 spicy udon and 2 avocado sashimi and a bottle of natural water! Unfortunately I didn't notice it immediately because the cashier distracts you as soon as you present the bill by asking if you would like a drink on offer.

25/07/2023: Undoubtedly the best sushi in Lignano. Friendly staff, excellent menu characterized by always fresh products and dishes prepared with great meticulousness. The choice of wine and beers is also good.

07/04/2024: It's called "Japan" but it's Chinese. Food and prices in line with other restaurants in the area. Slow service perhaps not adequate for the number of customers present. The waitress forgot the requests and had to continually ask for the same thing (wasabi), her colleague had to work for two. I don't think I will go back.

05/04/2024: 🍁 If you've ever tried Japanese food before, you'll know this is way too far from it. Even if it's fusion, playing around with sesame seed and putting almond on top of sushi were really bad flip! 🍁 🍁And the ramen? Wow it was a noodle from the instant noodle one. Compare it if you don't believe me. 🍁 🍁The desserts were also not so good. The waiters were just fine but couldn't say it was friendly though. 🍁 🍁 Overall we will definitely not go back 🍁

05/04/2024: I have been many times both in the restaurant and takeaway. But Japanese Sushi no longer exists. There is not even Maki(roll) with black seaweed. The rice preparation isn't that great. If you go to a quality Japanese restaurant in another city, there would be Tuna Belly(toro), Eel(unaghi), Ikura(salmon roe), Saba(mackerel)…. Disappointment

05/04/2024: I was really pleasantly surprised! Everything was really excellent, the quality of the food was above average, I found the prawns which I tried cooked in different ways particularly good, but overall excellent value for money. If I ever return to the area, I will be happy to be their customer again. The only flaw, but not attributable to the place, there were many tables of young students who spoke very loudly trying to outdo each other... as I was saying, it is not a problem of the place but rather of the education of the bystanders... .unfortunately, education is a commodity that is as precious as it is rare.

30/03/2024: Dinner with friends, ordered a large quantity of dishes since we all have good stomachs. The fixed price menu for us is the best quality/price choice, with a bottle of water, a dessert and the fixed menu we paid around €34 each. There is a wide choice of sushi, we tried several and they are really excellent quality. For dinner you have much more choice of dishes to choose from on the tablet given the price is a little higher. Very clean place and young and helpful staff. Advise

02/04/2024: I have no words to describe how we found ourselves. Crazy taste experience and especially the king size portions of this restaurant! We ate divinely and the service was super fast and kind. At the end also a bitter offered. Congratulations to these guys indeed!

26/03/2024: Really good sushi. We had gyoza, salmon maki and 2 rolls - one with tempura shrimp, one with branzin, salmon and asparagus. Great. Everything at the neighboring tables also looked very tasty. Price wise it's also a recommendation, even the wine was great.

06/04/2024: I give 1 star for food because we found hat in cuttlefish on the spit🤢 very disgusting...then 1 star for service because after notifying staff of hat in cuttlefish no one said anything, no apologies, nothing at all as if it hadn't happened nothing… the waitress's reaction was like: hat? Okay, I'll bring you more food... and that's it. You see that for them it's normal..

05/04/2024: A regular customer for years together with my partner and every time we return to eat there we always reconfirm that this restaurant is the only one ever that makes real sushi in Udine. Forget the all you can eat please 😅

15/02/2024: Hi guys, I never thought I'd have to leave a negative review and I have to admit I'm sorry. February 14th, Valentine's Day, I book a table for 8pm. Do you know what time we started eating? At 9.30pm. And you say, will they bring us all the dishes? No, one course every 20/40 minutes, so much so that at 10.10pm, even though we hadn't finished eating, we decided to leave. But not only because of the wait, but also because, at least 5 times, dishes arrived that we hadn't ordered and were destined for other tables. Embarrassing. I can understand that it was Valentine's Day, and that there was a mess, but guys I pay €40 for an all you can eat service, I expect a minimum of decency in the service. I pointed this out to the staff, who didn't even apologize or bother to offer anything. I do not recommend and I will certainly not return. It's a shame, because it really had potential as an all-you-can-eat sushi.
