A truly top-notch restaurant in every way, with professional and extremely friendly service and staff, excellent ingredients, and excellent cooking and presentation. It will be our regular stop every time we return to Trieste.

Waiter Marian was wonderful. Attentive, friendly, informative even as the restaurant filled up with more guests. We came for the Sashi Choco Florentine, an amazing meat from Finland distinguished by a special diet based on cocoa beans. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, it was a truly wonderful dining experience. We also enjoyed the burrata, the vegetables, the wine...It was a great evening.

This is one of best quality restaurants I've ever visited and tested. Everything on the menu is something I'd recommend or suggest. Every single dish is an amazing experience as to quality taste senses (it isn't only a matter of flavour..) Prices are absolutely cheap compared to quality quantity and experience. If you're in Trieste or plan to be please make yourself a gift..this is so highly recommended. I'll be back soon..for sure

…during my stay in Trieste!!…with a group organized by a travel agency in my city!!…I went for lunch!!…on the first day!!…in this restaurant “Biancospino”!!…the place is located just a few steps from Piazza Unità d’Italia!!…an elegant and welcoming atmosphere!!…with kind and professional staff!!…it is said that the place is renowned for its grilled food!!…I ate a good appetizer!!…the risotto!!…followed by the tiramisu!!…which was truly delicious!!…and then the coffee!!…attentive service and no waiting time!!…and even less group treatment!!…what can I say!!…if you want to eat something good!!…a good choice here!!…at the restaurant “Biancospino “!!…in Trieste!!…Trieste from Enjoy!!…🧑‍🍳🎉🍽️🍷⬆️👍🇮🇹🧑‍🍳‼️
