22/05/2025: Very kind and helpful waitress, excellent service, they explained everything to us calmly and precisely. Quiet and not very noisy atmosphere and environment. Honest prices and excellent offer of ingredients for both hotpot and grill. Also excellent for vegetarians given the various options of tofu and vegetables in the hotpot.

30/07/2025: The BEST brioche in all of Reggio Emilia, hands down, with your eyes closed. You can see with your eyes and taste that everything here is handmade with passion and, above all, love. A cappuccino with a foam so dense and compact you can build on it. Then there's the attention to detail, with colorful cups and mugs, each one different and unique. The flowerbed separating it from the pedestrian walkway is meticulously tended with a wealth of nuances and attention to detail. The owner is kind and helpful. A must-stop if you have 10 minutes (or more) and want to pamper yourself. Too bad there are only 5 stars!

30/07/2025: A place from another era. Handmade pastries, lace-decorated tables, and "grandma's" coffee cups. The owner is kind and helpful, as is her assistant. It's a place where you don't feel rushed, so it's not your go-to coffee shop, but if you want to treat yourself to a quality break, perhaps with good friends... it's incredibly pleasant. One unexpected detail that struck me for its attention to detail: the lids for the coffee cups... so they don't get cold. This pastry shop is a little luxury to treat yourself to.

15/06/2025: I was at the Grater on June 14, 2025 on the occasion of my daughter's wedding, what can I say: beautiful venue, excellent food, excellent service well organized highly recommended, I will definitely return.

17/07/2025: Very nice restaurant. The interior decor reminds me of shabby chic. Clean place. Good service. The dishes were good, just right, not too abundant. We ordered 1 clam risotto, 1 seafood risotto, 2 pasta dishes with tomato and basil, and a plate of gnocchi with shrimp. A still water, a sparkling water, and a quart of white wine. They brought us a whole wheat focaccia and some gnocchi. The dishes were good, but the risotto wasn't great. Two coffees, a macchiato, and two sorbets: green apple and mandarin are the only negatives. Comparing the list prices and what we paid, they added an extra two euros on the least expensive dishes. This should already be visible on the menu. I think they charged a flat rate to cover the cost of the whole wheat focaccia and the gnocchi, which were offered at the table. €2.50 per person, for three adults and two children, cover charge per person. A regular coffee is €2, and a macchiato is €2.50. Very annoying because there are so many flies. We ate outside. I don't know, you'll make your own conclusions if you try it. Otherwise, the hostess was very kind and, above all, helpful with her explanations.

21/06/2025: Booked at 9/9:15 pm, arrived at 9:20 pm, no free table, I asked two ladies of the staff to wait a few minutes, Remained 20 minutes standing without anyone coming to seat us, left.

28/06/2025: One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten, very thin, hard to chew and tasteless. The staff is rude and disorganized. It's a mystery how they can run a business like this.

11/05/2025: Today, after having tried the on-site restaurant in the past with excellent results, I decided to get takeaway. What can I say, everything is truly as good as at the table. It took me ten minutes to get home and the food was hot including the fried food which was still crunchy. He also gave me a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Compliments to all the staff
