In this case, I found the portions served to be a bit small, which may disappoint those seeking the authentic experience of rich, satisfying dishes. Despite this, the dishes I tried were well prepared and tasty. The chef's passion and skill are evident in every course. I recommend this restaurant to those who want to savor the authentic flavors of Emilia, but I hope that in the future the portions can be more generous to fully reflect the culinary tradition of the region.

12/06/2025: Excellent choice for a lunch break. Simple dishes, cooked well. Friendly and efficient service. Good quality/price ratio. It is located in an industrial area, numerous car parks throughout the area, both for cars and trucks.

18/06/2025: The quality of the dishes was very good, but the service was decidedly slow despite it being a weekday evening. The air conditioning being so high was a bit annoying. Overall a nice atmosphere though.

13/04/2025: I've been once and will never go back, Abundance perhaps in the dishes, but Quality, Nothing, the famous Orecchiette, were the commercial ones, chewy, after all with that piece what do you expect. Never again.

23/06/2025: Unsatisfactory experience. Small tables too close together. The salads (small) arrive already dressed (there was a dressing that I can't stand) and also they had dressed them, in my opinion, a long time before serving them because they were "soaked". The pasta was overcooked and who knows why they brought me a small portion. The 15 euro single dish had vegetables, two handfuls of rice and very few lentils (I added a few of my own to give substance). A fair price for me is 10 euros (for the amount of food served). Desserts: the pudding was mignon and the castagnaccio was tasteless and rubbery. Maybe I misunderstood but at the beginning they served me a bowl of soup with bancha tea which was included in the price. Instead I found it on the bill for 2 euros (1+1 as if we had bought two jugs). When paying I asked "but don't you use bread?" and I was told "yes, but you already had enough cereal on your plate and we didn't want to add any more". But then you shouldn't have served dessert to the girl at the next table, who was clearly obese!

22/07/2025: Takeout pizzeria with a very nice outdoor terrace! Friendly staff! We ordered 1 Margherita pizza, 1 country pizza, fried mozzarella and French fries, 1 small beer, 2 medium beers, and water. Total 30 euros!!! Great prices!

20/07/2025: We dined at Da Chi Ragas during the Borzano fair. It wasn't our first time there. The pizza was decent, quite thin and easy to digest, but the ingredients weren't top-notch in our opinion. The outdoor setting was very nice. What didn't convince us, however, was that as soon as we arrived, after reading the menu and choosing, we were told that a dish wasn't available when we ordered. This can happen, but it's good practice to let customers know in advance, when they receive the menus, to allow them to plan ahead. And well, we understand that it can happen. Another drawback: despite the late hour, there was no mosquito coil to combat the countless mosquitoes. The consequences are easy to imagine. The worst part, however, came at the end of the evening, when we got up to pay the bill. We immediately noticed that the cover charge had been added. No big deal, because when you go out, you know you have to pay the cover charge! But as we were about to leave, greeting and thanking the waiters, one of them stopped us and told us, "We need to clear the table." I was a bit annoyed because, while I completely understand the desire to save on service by letting the customers handle it, this wasn't clearly stated anywhere, and we hadn't been informed in advance, neither upon arrival nor at the end of the meal. Besides, when service is usually paid for by the customer, setting the table is also the responsibility, but in this case, even though it involved only a few items, it was handled by the waiters. I should point out that not all the waiters were busy at the time, and that there were only two cardboard boxes, two paper placemats, and two plastic cups to clear from the table. My complaint isn't so much the fact that we had to clear the table (which we did without batting an eyelid), but the lack of communication and the fact that they required us to pay the cover charge (obviously before clearing the table) left me quite annoyed. It's a shame because the place is actually nice.

31/05/2025: Disgusting 1 hour wait at a shitty table, more joints heard than food seen, we couldn't even see the Champions League final because the table was so far away. 1 waitress looked at us without doing anything, another one when we asked for the napkin and came showed it to us and left without giving it to us.

22/06/2025: I have been following Amedeo with his pizzas since he had the pizzeria in San Pietro in Reggio Emilia, in the gallery where now at the entrance we find the Gualtieri bar and the Ligabue pastry shop. What can I say? Always top of the range.

12/06/2025: Pizza with excellent ingredients, medium height. Tasty dough, non-acidic tomato and finally with real mozzarella! Fast service despite there being a lot of people! Pizza promoted with full marks and digestible, something really difficult to happen. I will be back! Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: I put a star for the service because there is no less, staff (all women) hasty, impatient, arrogant, place in disarray. I don't understand why, since I've always been there, great shame. I won't go back, bad impression in front of my friends who didn't know the place. The pizza has had a terrible decline, I'm very sorry.
