I wasn't familiar with the place; I'd only heard about the pinsa, which was delicious and made with excellent ingredients. They serve meat and fish dishes, as well as pan pizza and traditional pizza. The service was friendly and fast. We'll be back!

I used to live a few hundred meters away and had been there many times. I returned recently and found the same welcome and the same quality. I recommend the fish, especially the Taranto-style mussels and a stew (I won't mention the name) that they serve as an appetizer. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly but not intrusive.

04/11/2025: An hidden gem and oasis in Varenna where to spend a fantastic day by the pool away from the madness of the touristy crowded village streets. We just love it here, you can even swim in the lake since they have a private dock. Food is also good and sunset hour is spectacular.
02/07/2025: The lido is an awesome place. We are a family of four and had a brilliant afternoon here. The pool is great, lots of shade around the pool and the view over the lake is brilliant. A great way to escape the heat and balance wondering the streets of Varenna with a swim and relax in the afternoon. Our kids also swam in the lake right off the edge of Lido, perfect balance of swimming in the lake and enjoying the pool. The host was very personable and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Spaghetteria

11/04/2026: Good spaghetti, delicious bread, but the service was a bit slow. Plus, the cashier forced me to pay with my debit card.
26/03/2026: We are four guys from Florence. We ate there at lunchtime and felt very comfortable. The place was very quiet, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. I would happily go back.
