08/09/2025: Beautiful place Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean; in fact, the shower gel provided was used and open, and there were no towels. The ground-floor room has no curtains; you have to keep them closed because they can see inside. The first-floor room has an external bathroom, and it's not specified on Booking. I don't think I'll return.

01/09/2025: We booked here because it has very good reviews. However, the food fell short of our expectations. We ordered a €20 main course, but it was absolutely not up to par: it was porchetta with potatoes and caramelized apples. A tray of food arrived with very little food, and instead of apples, it was fried polenta. NO ONE told us that the apple had been substituted with something else (not knowing if anyone was allergic to anything, they took the risk anyway, which was a serious matter). Finally, the dessert cost €7, as if it were Sal De Riso's. We ordered them thinking they would be good, given the price. But it was absolutely not worth it. Honestly, for a total of €70, I feel a bit scammed. Furthermore, there was a group of people who arrived late because there was a cycling race, and the owner (?) came out to get them since they had arrived late and needed to find out. Which is absurd, considering they were supposed to be the ones to notify the customers (who probably aren't from the area). Terrible attitude, and we went there to try the dishes and see if it was possible to have our wedding there, but then we realized the situation. And later, through the comments, I also found out that they ruined someone else's wedding, so honestly, never again.

30/04/2025: Unfortunately I find myself forced to write this bad review as I ordered a birthday cake that does not correspond at all to what was agreed upon when ordering. Misunderstanding? Maybe. But I expected a gesture towards me, at least trying to make amends in some way.

12/03/2025: I was in the area and stopped by because it was recommended to me. Very friendly and kind staff. I tried several sweet and savory things and they were all delicious. I also tasted the tiramisu... super!! Not everyone knows how to make a cappuccino like this, creamy at the right point. Highly recommended

10/08/2025: For those who work in the area, this is definitely a must-try! Plenty of options to choose from, including appetizers, side dishes, first and second courses, desserts, and fruit. All of the quality is top-notch, with generous portions and reasonable prices! The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Elisa and Polly!

23/06/2025: Unsatisfactory experience. Small tables too close together. The salads (small) arrive already dressed (there was a dressing that I can't stand) and also they had dressed them, in my opinion, a long time before serving them because they were "soaked". The pasta was overcooked and who knows why they brought me a small portion. The 15 euro single dish had vegetables, two handfuls of rice and very few lentils (I added a few of my own to give substance). A fair price for me is 10 euros (for the amount of food served). Desserts: the pudding was mignon and the castagnaccio was tasteless and rubbery. Maybe I misunderstood but at the beginning they served me a bowl of soup with bancha tea which was included in the price. Instead I found it on the bill for 2 euros (1+1 as if we had bought two jugs). When paying I asked "but don't you use bread?" and I was told "yes, but you already had enough cereal on your plate and we didn't want to add any more". But then you shouldn't have served dessert to the girl at the next table, who was clearly obese!

22/08/2025: I came for dinner today. It's a very nice place that makes you feel at home. The food was very good; I found the pizza a little underdone, but not burned. But the best thing was the incredible service. They were incredibly kind. I was having dinner with some unusual people, who were quite demanding, but they still kept a smile on their faces and were kind. I think it's a very nice restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

02/05/2025: Osteria nell'appennino reggiano, molto caratteristica con personale sempre gentile e sorridente nonostante il molto lavoro di oggi. Siamo stati 2 coppia prendendo antipasti salumi, un primo io tagliatelle ai funghi, un secondo a testa io ho preso un guancialino di maiale con contorno di patate e la mia compagna roastbeef all'inglese. Per chiudere un tiramisù, che personalmente è stata l'unica nota non troppo positiva perché fatto con la panna. Per il resto tutto eccezionale, ottima la qualità dei prodotti con prezzo nella media della zona. Ottima scelta di vini, molto ampia e di qualità. Nota di merito il personale molto gentile e sorridente, sempre cortesi e veloci

22/02/2025: Se volete fare un pranzetto carino questo è il posto giusto. Nella veranda si gode un ottima vista del nostro appennino. Piatti tipici emiliani al prezzo giusto. Se ci sono prendete le barzigole di pecora: stra-buone. Anche i tortelli non scherzano....

06/09/2025: After attending the Correggio Music Festival, we decided to stop for dinner at this restaurant to try their all-you-can-eat option. The price is in line with many other restaurants in the area (€27 per person), but the menu offers a few more dishes than the usual standard, which is definitely a plus. The portions were generous and well-presented, although we weren't entirely sold on everything: for example, the shrimp skewers were slightly undercooked, so we decided not to eat them. Otherwise, however, the dishes were tasty and the selection was quite extensive. The ambiance left a somewhat odd impression on us: the room seems a bit "chaotic," with different decor styles that create a somewhat confusing effect, though overall it doesn't detract too much from the experience. The service, however, was positive: the waiters were helpful and very kind from start to finish. The only downside is the drink prices: paying €3 for a 75cl bottle of water, the same price as a can of Coke or Sprite, seemed a bit excessive. All in all, a place worth trying, especially if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat option with a few more options than usual, although there's room for improvement both in the cuisine and overall organization.

25/08/2025: Very nice Japanese restaurant inside. Plenty of space between tables. Very fast service, especially on weekdays when it's not too crowded. Very good food and modest portions (nothing goes to waste). Plenty of parking outside. It's a shame about the small bathroom.
