Ale's pizza e food In Reggio nell'emilia

I went to Ale's Pizza in Reggio Emilia and ordered a €10.90 menu with fries and a Coke. For my sandwich, I chose a panuozzo with porchetta, potatoes, and provola cheese. I have to say, it was truly amazing: the panuozzo was nice and filling, you could taste the quality of the ingredients, and the flavor was truly excellent. The portion was generous and filling, leaving you satisfied. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Good pizza but plastic cutlery just doesn't go with a gourmet pizza

I'll start by saying that I've only had takeout pizzas. I haven't made reservations and I've always arrived early, so I've never had any issues with waits or poor service. The place is modern and clean. The pizzas are very intriguing and the ingredients are of a higher quality than the competition. The dough is very soft, a bit too salty for my taste, but well-risen, though not crispy. The only downside is that sometimes the pizzas get burned on the bottom, and you only notice it at home. At the alternative places I go to in the area, they remake them when this happens. A burnt pizza on the bottom is practically inedible. It's a shame because when everything goes well, the pizza is excellent. The prices are in line with the quality, so a bit more expensive than average.

Ordered at 8:00 PM, calling to confirm the order, and I was guaranteed 9:00 PM at the latest. We couldn't get there before that. The pizzas arrived at 9:25 PM. And I had made sure there were children. The girl told me, "Look, we'll be there by 9:00 PM at the latest." I called 5 times, and they didn't even bother to answer. Only if you go there for home delivery, 1 star. And all my home deliveries were 30 minutes late, once 50 minutes because their POS didn't work and my order was delayed, and it was my fault I didn't have cash. Not even an excuse.
