28/10/2025: I can't give the restaurant a positive review because tonight, although it's not written that dogs are not allowed, nor were we even told this when we booked, once we arrived at the restaurant they showed us to a table and Mr. Gherri, Ghirri as he is, came to the table and in a few words told us to leave because we were accompanied by our dog. The restaurant was empty, only one table was occupied by two people, the dog is medium-sized and calm. I explained my disagreement and he said that the rule applies to everyone since September of this year, but it's not written. I kept calm and clearly explained that the ban on dogs wasn't mentioned but that I preferred to leave because they were not welcome. The innkeeper, or whoever he is, continued to give senseless and polite reasons that it was his rule for the last month. He says he's a chef, fine, stay in the kitchen and don't talk to the customers because he's definitely lost three tonight and he's lucky I kept calm, I was with my children. I don't recommend it because of the innkeeper's bad manners and his rude manners.

27/10/2025: Refined atmosphere and excellent service from the wait staff. Good value for money.

16/08/2025: It's the classic trattoria bar you'd find in mountainous areas. It's surrounded by mountains, offering wonderful tranquility. The staff is extremely friendly and offers daily and à la carte menus, and can recommend the best dishes. A must-try, a place that will stay in your heart.

12/08/2025: If you love heartfelt, homemade cuisine, Il Poeta Contadino is the place to be. Here, the cappelletti and tortelli, rigorously homemade, have the aroma and flavor of times gone by: thin, fresh pasta, rich fillings, and sauces that tell stories of tradition. And then there's Nadia, the hostess: friendly, genuine, and always ready to put a smile on your face. With her, every table becomes a gathering of friends. A restaurant where you eat well and feel even better.

27/09/2025: A unique place, absolutely perfect in every way. The food is excellent and high-quality, with unique flavors rarely found elsewhere. The friendly, sociable atmosphere has allowed us to meet so many wonderful people over time; it's definitely worth stopping here.

24/11/2025: My family and I have been going there for years, even when it was previously in Bosco and called Ideale. The food is excellent, and the value is excellent. The restaurant is also very elegant and well-decorated, making it an excellent location for weddings, special occasions, and events.

16/11/2025: We went on a Saturday evening and ordered a cured meats appetizer, €10 for two slices of prosciutto, two slices of salami, and two coppa. The mixed grill was inedible, dry, and the sausage couldn't even be cut. The tortelli were average; they were fresh. The service had many flaws. The wine was okay; they have several bottles, including some fine ones. The desserts, like the tiramisu, were poor—about 4 teaspoons of dessert. The portions of the profiteroles were average. Some windows let in drafts, forcing diners at adjacent tables to eat in their jackets. The dining rooms were very chaotic due to the overcrowding. The price was very high for the service offered. I would probably recommend this place for a pizza. Nothing more.

12/10/2025: Special. It feels like you're entering someone's house, then you open the door and you're surrounded by young boys and girls. We had the pizza, good and thin, just the way I like it (pulled), good service.

15/11/2025: I was passing through, very good pizza, light and toasted pizza, delicious calzone and stretched pizza, small but very well run place.

23/11/2025: Affordable for an all-you-can-eat Sunday lunch, but the sushi was subpar. Small portions and muddy rice. The salmon tartare had a horrible texture, and the flavor was a rather unclear mix. I absolutely do not recommend it.

18/11/2025: This restaurant, very close to the center of Correggio, seats about 60 in a single space. The space is not adequately soundproofed, and there's a certain level of noise, but it doesn't prevent conversation at the table. I'd say the cuisine is excellent and plentiful. The dishes are served with decorum and elegance by the wait staff, led by a very attentive hostess. I'd add that orders are executed with great precision, and the hostess is usually very attentive. She never gets reservations or priority wrong, which is a real pleasure. The service is prompt and courteous; I have no complaints. The price is consistent with the quality of the food. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on the eve of holidays, but are also advisable on other days. This restaurant is definitely worth a try.
