07/08/2025: Really nice place, excellent food, and generous portions. Welcoming and quiet, I think it's ideal for lunch. Takeout is available.

22/08/2025: There were nine of us and we ate wonderfully. The gnocchi with cured meats was an appetizer; the gnocchi weren't greasy at all, and the cured meats melted in your mouth. For my first course, I ordered two tortelli (herbs and pumpkin), which were delicately flavored and had just the right amount of thickness. Then I ordered grilled vegetables with sweet and sour onions, and to finish, a ginseng liqueur, which, just as I like it, needed a bit of sugar. We spent €29 each. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was quick. Plenty of convenient parking. Recommended!

15/08/2025: A beautiful place surrounded by greenery just outside Reggio Emilia. I've been going here occasionally for a few years and have always left satisfied. Excellent cured meats with gnocco fritto, delicious tortelli, and excellent rabbit. Impeccable and courteous service.

15/08/2025: The pizza was good, it's a shame that it seemed like I was doing a disservice by getting takeaway. The girls were annoyed and it would be better if they changed jobs.

06/04/2025: Well what can I say, you enter and find yourself not only in a delicatessen, but you can find specialties and products from all over Italy. Oil, wine, cheeses and pasta in particular formats. A well-kept cellar with top labels!

13/07/2025: Unfortunately, everything has changed here too. Prices have gone up significantly, and what was once offered courteously is now charged for. For example, a thin, wafer-like focaccia, flour, water, salt, and nothing else is charged. Coffee costs €2.00, and fish-based first courses are plentiful but still expensive. In short, it's no longer the quality-price ratio it once was. The location is dated. Too bad.

29/04/2025: One of my favorite places ever. I often go there to write and when I'm there I can put my mind off, relax, enjoy beautiful moments of calm. I am always struck by the kindness and care of the owners, they are truly wonderful people. (Ps. There are also gluten free options - packaged but really good!)

08/03/2025: Definitely one of my favorite bars. Robby and his wife are always kind, courteous and smiling. By far the best latte and macchiatone coffee in Scandiano which, added to the absolute non-invasiveness of the owners, makes everything an excellent and quick coffee break...

31/03/2025: Ci siamo trovati alla Botte Golosa dopo una piacevole visita a Brescello per festeggiare la ricorrenza di un compleanno. Nonostante la parte esterna del locale non sia così invitante, l’interno merita invece una menzione d’onore. L’atmosfera è molto intima e il locale è molto accogliente e curato. Originale l’idea di utilizzare vecchie botti come tavoli. Il gestore del locale è stato molto disponibile, attento alle nostre esigenze, simpatico, ma mai invadente. Cucina tradizionale, ma veramente soddisfacente. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi ottimo, ma definirei spaziali gli strozzapreti alla Peppone. Crostata con cioccolato, amaretti e meringa veramente golosa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente buono. Se passate da Brescello inserite la Botte Golosa tra le vostre tappe!😉

11/06/2025: Really great, kind and professional! They gave me the best advice on both the coffee and the machine, a frog revolution that I had always heard good things about. I come from a Nespresso but the Borbone pods with this machine are another world! Really satisfied

11/07/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria with friends. The interior is spacious and cute, with a bike theme. There's also a large outdoor seating area (on the concrete), both covered and uncovered. The pizza is good, maybe a little burned on the bottom, but nothing major. The service is quick and attentive. The price is a little higher than average. I recommend it.

31/08/2025: Outdoor aperitif with high-end cocktails accompanied by local delicacies Extremely relaxing Recent opening after the holidays means the outdoor area could be improved (last year everything was beautiful and I'd love to see it like this again) PS: The staff is very kind.
