Different management from the usual Japanese restaurants in Italy, which are often run by Chinese. Impeccable service, well-structured order management. Very good food, very Italianized.

All the raw fish is truly top-notch. The fried and cooked dishes are delicious. A quiet, pleasant place. A good wine cellar. All this makes me drive an hour to get there, whenever I can!

Shibuya Japan Restaurant

07/07/2026: Discovered by chance, one of the best sushi places I've ever eaten. There are some unique dishes I hadn't seen or tried elsewhere. The worst dishes were 9 out of 10. We realized at the end that we could have taken photos; we were too busy enjoying them.
06/07/2026: Unfortunately for me, aside from the very kind and helpful waitress, the problem is that when you're working and want to relax, you have to download the QR code. And blah blah blah. There should be a paper menu for those who want it. And then imagine people of a certain age or families, how do they manage?
