Upon entering you immediately perceive the historicity of the place.
The place is obviously dated (very) and everywhere you look you see scattered objects, but this is its charm.
The cuisine is unpretentious, traditional Emilian dishes with not particularly generous portions, excellent pasta and beans. A slip up on boiled vegetables, clearly frozen.
It goes without saying that the service is informal.

09/04/2025: Delicious pizza, excellent service, clean and elegant, exquisite staff. Ms Giusy is always available and friendly, the location is also very beautiful. I often go with my wife, never anything to say.
26/03/2025: New management thankfully! Positive experience, very good and easily digestible pizza, average prices, clean environment and friendly staff. The only very negative note is the cover charge! €3 for a paper tablecloth is really excessive.

24/01/2025: Trip to Brescello to discover Don Camillo and Peppone. And where are we going to eat? As soon as we parked we saw this place and we had a great time. Sliced at the top with fried gnocco and what about the donkey stew... spectacular. the place is a bit small and I would recommend booking.

04/03/2025: Il posto è suggestivo (vecchie galere di Correggio, interrato, ben arredato). Ho mangiato un antipasto di affettati e formaggi, ottimi in particolare gli affettati, accompagnati da morbido gnocco caldo, poi i "pici", sorta di spaghetti più larghi del normale, con ragù in bianco e tanta salsiccia, gustosi. Nel locale i cellulari faticano a prendere, ma vi è il wi-fi gratuito. Prezzo regolare, tempi un pò lunghi nel servizio.

Spadone of meat overcooked and we also asked to have it changed because when they served that, they didn't bring the dishes... further waiting.
