08/08/2025: A highly professional café-restaurant. A wide selection of sweet and savory options in the morning, as well as a midday/early afternoon brunch. The service staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. Bravo!

02/07/2025: An evening to forget. Infernal heat. The climate has been broken for weeks now and they have not taken steps to replace it. For this reason, all the windows were open, resulting in mosquitoes and other insects of all kinds running around inside. Never again! Leaving that place was the best thing of the evening. Eating while sweating is horrible. Despite the inconvenience of the place, the owner did not even pretend to pay attention to the bill. Terrible experience in everything. Fix the climate, eating in hell is not nice!

15/07/2025: Meravigliosa atmosfera che circonda questo localino. Sembra rivivere i film di don Camillo e Peppone. La ragazza in sala super simpatica e velocissima, così come il cuoco eccellente e cordiale anche in virtù della nostra passione comune per i Pink Floyd. Cibo fantastico e salumi ottimi. Unica pecca: i cani non possono entrare!!!

12/07/2025: Locale perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: servizio alla mano favoloso, ti senti praticamente un familiare😂, piatti genuini della casa. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, impreziosita dalle splendide foto ai muri tratte dai film di Don Camillo. Un’esperienza che unisce gusto, tradizione e un tocco di cinema italiano indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

10/06/2025: Family-run tavern with a traditional menu and the friendliness of the Apennines. On the road to Villa Minozzo. Not big and with a small and fresh portico. I have to give a high rating because I was lucky enough to come across a Sunday where the "Bomba di Riso" was available, a dish that I love! in white with mushrooms and ragu (not with tomato like some do). very good, I had two portions! Then the usual green and pumpkin tortelli, taglatelle with ragu or mushrooms. All very good. Thanks G.

09/08/2025: My daughter thought she had the best meal of her life here (gnocchi ragu). Truly SUPER! Also, the staff was very attentive and friendly.

08/08/2025: We arrived close to closing time and asked if we could get seated and eat. The owner sat us down, prepared a table for us, and we got a lovely meal and lovely drink. We weren’t rushed or pressured at any point even though we were near closing time. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious and cooked with care. An absolute delight, and a lovely outdoor dinner in a restaurant with lots of ambiance.

26/05/2025: Ordinato 5 pizze da portare via, una di loro era una funghi e salmone affumicato, nonostante avessi pagato prezzo pieno per un EXTRA di salmone affumicato, arrivo a casa, apro la pizza e trovo questo. Non e normale ordinare una funghi e salmone e ricevere salmone in queste quantità. Mi sono sentito preso in giro e sopratutto truffato. Non vado praticamente mai al disco volante, ieri ho pensato di provare a dare un occasione e vedere se ne e valsa la pena, confermata la mia teoria, non comprero mai piu la pizza da li.

27/07/2025: The fried gnocco I like, a typical mountain dish! We had lunch with a gnocco and cured meats appetizer, a grilled dish for two with potatoes and grilled vegetables, and finally a delicious apple pie with vanilla ice cream! All in a wonderful and charming place. It was our first time, but we'll be back! Thanks for your hospitality 🙏🏻

21/07/2025: Not only is the food excellent but the location is spectacular, at the foot of the Castle and the little church of St. Andrew.

22/07/2025: It's a very welcoming place, but I think the breakfast was a bit lacking because there wasn't anything savory. I recommend the 100% homemade apple pie instead. This is delicious.

07/09/2025: Inedible pizza! We ordered three takeout pizzas, and when we opened the box, they didn't look good—few toppings, and the color wasn't very appealing. Unfortunately, the taste lived up to our low expectations, as the pizza was bland, the sausage was pale and dry, and the mozzarella was nonexistent. Never again.

12/08/2025: I was there on Sunday for lunch, but it wasn't the first time. Everything was very good, and the prices were fair... Excellent welcome and service, I also recommend putting some background music on.

02/07/2025: The lido is an awesome place. We are a family of four and had a brilliant afternoon here. The pool is great, lots of shade around the pool and the view over the lake is brilliant. A great way to escape the heat and balance wondering the streets of Varenna with a swim and relax in the afternoon. Our kids also swam in the lake right off the edge of Lido, perfect balance of swimming in the lake and enjoying the pool. The host was very personable and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

17/08/2025: The park is easily accessible with parking. Many well-marked and maintained trails offer beautiful hillside views. There's a café for rest and lunch, along with a well-equipped picnic area. A good starting point for hill walking.
