23/02/2025: L'ultima volta ci sonos tato 2 anni fa circa, mi sono ripromesso di tornare perchè la pizza era talmente buona che "si mangiava da sola" , ieri sera mega delusione! La pizza con mozzarella di bufala che di latte di bufala non aveva NIENTE , al posto del pomodoro ci hanno messo la salsa! allora...ADIEU NON AMIS!

I came in knowing nothing about balsamic vinegar and came out with deep appreciation for the product and its old tradition
02/07/2025: We had a wonderful tour with Marco and would absolutely recommend visiting. The history and process of balsamic is absolutely incredible. There is so much skill and knowledge required, we were in aw of all the nuance that goes into creating balsamic vinegar. The tour was so informative and Marco is very welcoming. His products are of the highest quality and absolutely delicious. I have never tasted vinegar like it and nothing else will compare.

The side location is nice.
The waiters are friendly.
The main one is a little less so.
I recommend paying with a debit card because if you pay in cash, they won't issue a receipt. In fact, I scolded my colleague for not using a traceable payment method.

13/08/2025: Don't bring your children. I'm taking my son to the emergency room. He had food poisoning after eating meat. The food was stored poorly.

06/11/2025: Don't trust the hours posted online. On Thursday evening, when it was supposed to be open, the owner told me it's only open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. So update the hours online instead of having people come from Sassuolo. Never again.
