19/08/2025: I give everything 5 stars because, like everything, it needs to be put into context. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the price is excellent. When you go to Schiaparelli, you can't expect the same comforts as in the city center. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't take pictures of their food, but eats it.

30/06/2025: Sunday afternoon at the end of June, 5:00 p.m. The fridge is unused, so no ice cream, nothing sweet in the display case, not even savory. Only chips in small bags. The drinks fridge is half empty. I will return only if I am not hungry, only for a coffee or a cappuccino.

16/10/2025: Plain, cheap trattoria food. They charged me more than I spent to make ends meet. Unprofessional.

13/09/2025: We ordered takeout. The delivery, on a Saturday evening, was extremely punctual and on time. With the discounted set menu (ranging from €12 to €15), we received five large portions, including rice, beef, ravioli, fried shrimp, and egg rolls. The food was excellent, so good we couldn't finish it. Recommended

14/06/2025: Rude lady at the cash register I think the owner's wife I asked her a very normal question and she started answering me nervously I live nearby but I will never go there again really terrible service

28/09/2025: Three croissants with three different flavors, and they all seemed to taste the same, given that they had an (excessive) sprinkling of cream. It was basically like my girlfriend and I ate three empty croissants. 🥲

26/09/2025: Terrible. I placed an order for three croissants. I live 10 minutes away, and it took them an hour. They kept postponing the delivery time, and only after contacting customer service did it arrive, lo and behold, after 5 minutes. Don't order, it's not worth it. They don't want to work.

29/07/2025: Das Vincanto liefert eine grundsolide Küche, die es aber mit anderen Restaurants (auch an Ort) leider nicht ganz aufnehmen kann. Der eigentliche Schwachpunkt scheint mir hier der Umgang mit dem Gast zu sein. Der Service ist leider nicht auf der Höhe: beim Hauptgericht wird nicht nach Beilagen gefragt, die gesondert bestellt werden müssen. Man bemerkt also seinen Fehler erst, wenn das Essen vor einem steht… Auch sonst macht man was man muss, mehr aber auch nicht. Man fühlt sich nicht im üblichen Maße als Gast und umsorgt (ja, das kann auch manchmal zu viel werden, aber gar nicht ist entschieden zu wenig). Es fehlt nicht viel: Sehen, dass ein Glas oder eine Flasche leer ist und reagieren, beim Aufnehmen der Bestellung mitdenken und fragen, mehr wäre es nicht - vermutlich ein Personal-/Führungsthema. Die Küche ist gut und die Gerichte schmecken gut, gleich ob Nudeln, Fisch oder Fleisch. Besonders hervorzuheben: es gibt hier glutenfreie Kost auf sehr guten Niveau.

24/07/2025: Pranzo giorno feriale fine luglio 25. Cose veloci e semplici (bruschetta e insalata). Servizio di ragazze di lingua non italiana cortesi ma sprovvedute. Fatto presente di bottiglia di olio di oliva con data di scadenza 22/06/25 e risposta che la bottiglia è riutilizzata per olio diverso. Mi pare frase credibile ma in un luogo pubblico che significato ha? Costo di 10 euro per la bruschetta più elementare e 14 euro per insalatona (almeno con prosciutto crudo …. Tagliato grosso!). Forza ragazze si può fare meglio!

22/05/2025: High prices for a canteen, a small plate with 3 slices of mozzarella and 3 slices of tomato 5 euros, absurd.

16/10/2025: The place is aesthetically pleasing, but the service is terrible. A smile wouldn't hurt. Everyone seems angry, frustrated, and unmotivated. Customer service should be a place of well-being; if you're not the first to do so, how can you expect to convey that to your customers?

29/09/2025: Inedible pastry, a cream made only of water and flour, absurd shortcrust pastry!!!

04/10/2025: Terrible, in fact, a worse establishment than I have seen in Italy in 5 years. My friend and I stopped by to have coffee with our two 6-year-old daughters, but they scolded our children in front of us. When we wanted to have coffee again, they said they ran out of coffee and made us very uncomfortable with their looks. They were very rude. I will never go there again, and you should never go either.

04/10/2025: While the children were playing around at the table, the staff became disturbed by the children and scolded them in front of us. Late and poor service. Moreover, when we asked for a second coffee, they said they couldn't give it. I've never seen such a terrible and rude establishment in my life. I definitely do not recommend it!
