Paid without even a thank you or goodbye.
01/01/2026: I'm giving it two stars instead of one out of respect for the waiter, who did his job properly.
After waiting over an hour for a sandwich, due to an error in the kitchen, I was informed that the order hadn't come out yet; at that point, I asked to leave.
No alternative was offered, nor was the error addressed. Furthermore, the bill was split among the other diners: I at least hope that the drink and cover charge for the undersigned, who didn't eat, weren't counted.
Mistakes can happen, but a complete lack of management doesn't.

27/09/2025: I've been going to this café occasionally for almost a year, mostly for breakfast. They're not at all polite and don't say hello!
I also work in customer service, and I know I can have bad days, but why is it that if I come in, I'm barely noticed, while others get smiles and a hello?

29/06/2025: Materie prime buone e un bel bar spazioso,pulito e si sta bene,unica pecca per quanto mi riguarda un po' troppo lento il servizio anche se di sabato e c'era parecchia gente,aspettare 25/ 30 minuti per dei cornetti già pronti e per la preparazione di tre cappuccini mi sembra un po' troppo....

20/10/2025: I was there yesterday around 7 pm. We had two San Bitter soft drinks (10€). We asked if he could bring us some chips, and he said we don't have any. If you want, buy a bag... never again.
The bathroom was extremely dirty. I understand there was a lot of activity due to the fair, but I think four girls on the staff should keep an eye on it.
Highly not recommended and expensive. You're not at the Duomo in Milan.

19/04/2026: The pizza was tasty, well-rolled, and arrived quickly. The staff was warm and extremely friendly, especially the lady who serves the tables, who was wonderful!
07/03/2026: The photos don't match the restaurant's design. The atmosphere was very stressful, with the lady at the register talking loudly to her friends. And too much noise...
The pizza was very, very salty.
A ruined evening...

26/01/2026: I wasn't given the chance to try this place; in fact, they told me they'd open at Easter... (which I'm not aware of).
However, they gave me a very rude answer on the phone simply because I asked if there was a free table, and they told me we'd chosen to have lunch there because the others were closed. It's a shame that this was their decision, not mine.

Service: Treated like family
Price: Very fair
Final verdict: Highly recommended
P.S. When I went out to pay at the counter, I said to the owner: "Table No. 3..." She replied: "Please take a seat..."

19/12/2025: Friendly staff, welcoming and warm atmosphere, the food is good. I go there with my family and sometimes with friends and I've always had a great time!
02/11/2025: I got takeout. NEVER AGAIN. I was sick all night. It was my second time there, and hoping the first time was a fluke, I tried again... nothing... impossible to stomach. I don't know what or how they do it, but I'll never go there again. Plus, it's a bit pricey.

08/12/2025: I purchased fresh Roman egg fettuccine from the Lettere dall'Italia line at this store, with an expiration date of 9/11/25. Today, 10/10/25, when I opened the package, I found mold and a truly unpleasant odor. I don't know if it's a new type of "aged fettuccine" or just a storage issue, but it certainly wasn't what I expected from a fresh product. I hope MD controls the batches on sale better, so the surprise remains only in the taste and not the smell. I'm giving it one star because they definitely need more control over the products. Luckily, I thought to measure the pasta and noticed this horror, so I didn't throw out the whole package like I usually do.

17/12/2025: I have to give a low rating because, although the food was good, they made a change without communicating it. The cured meat wasn't freshly cut. The cheese arrived in dribs and drabs, and the cappelletti were served a bit haphazardly. Some people had some, some didn't. It was also a karaoke night with deafening music. I've always maintained that those who do karaoke to fill venues have restaurant problems. I speak from experience in everything I've written. This is my first and last experience at this place.
