06/03/2026: I visited this pizzeria last week with three other people. If I were to rate the food alone, I'd say it was positive: the wait was short and the pizza was very good. Unfortunately, however, a restaurant experience also depends on the hospitality, and this is at its lowest ebb. Here are the things that made the evening unpleasant: Rudeness at the entrance: Upon our arrival, we greeted the staff, but none of the waiters deigned to return our greeting. Glacial service: Throughout the entire dinner, there wasn't even the slightest sign of courtesy or a smile. We were treated with embarrassing condescension. Unjustified haste: As soon as we finished the last bite, our plates were taken away instantly. The worst part? They removed the still-full beer pitcher without even asking if we wanted to finish it. Considering that it's a product we pay for, I found this to be truly unfair. Hygiene and manners: Seeing a waiter pick up dirty paper napkins with his bare hands in front of us while we were still seated at the table was the final straw. Service is a reflection of a restaurant. I strongly advise the owners to train their staff or completely rethink their customer service approach, because rudeness ruins even the best food in the world. Never again!

08/03/2026: On March 8th, while strolling along Via Repubblica in Parma, I passed the window of this renowned Pasticceria Cocconi. I was drawn to the mimosa cakes and the mini/single-serving tarts, and decided to go in. The mimosa cakes ranged in price from €21 to €35, while the single-serving tarts were unpriced, but I decided to opt for four single-serving tarts anyway. The tart was very good, sweet but not cloying, the cream was light, and the presentation was meticulously crafted. But honestly, €7 each, for a total of €28 for four tarts, seemed excessive. Unfortunately, I wasn't expecting that price, and partly out of shyness, I didn't ask the price of each tart first, which was a mistake! One last thing: the lady who served me was a bit rude and annoyed, and she put the package on another shelf, as if to point out that I was wasting time putting away the rest. Well...

25/02/2026: Great for a break while strolling through Parma's city center. A selection of pastries and savory treats. For those who love chocolate, they also offer a selection of various shapes to eat in or take away. Very efficient and friendly service.

26/08/2025: I'm leaving a negative review because I think it's unfair for a pastry shop on August 25th, for organizational reasons or because it's a holiday, to have no fresh pastries available and to sell cannoncini to a customer as "freshly made." The cannoncini pastry was very old, and the cream was inedible. A little more respect for people would be needed and a clear statement would be made that the cannoncini are fresh that day.

05/04/2026: Terrible food: inedible arancini, as cold as if they'd been in the fridge the previous day, same thing with the pizza by the slice (spinguni). An insult to Sicilian culinary specialties. Extremely high prices and terrible quality. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

03/04/2026: I bought some rustici to take away, but once opened, they turned out to be miserable: the arancini with sauce had two dollops of ragù inside (the white ones were more colorful), and the mozzarella in carrozza were shameful little squares. I'll definitely never order anything here again; what a shame it ended up like this.

15/04/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The service was excellent: the waitresses Giada and Alessia were extremely kind, smiling, and helpful throughout our visit. They served us attentively and quickly, making us feel immediately at ease. It's rare to find such friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: I'm a regular customer of this bar when I'm in Parma. My recommendation is the mini Black Angus burgers, which I love! The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional.

11/02/2026: I've been using this place for years for pizza, chips, and meat, and even mixed salad! The location is good, and the rooms are relaxing, but the only flaw: The waitresses. You can't just sit there and eat quietly, and the waitress will repeatedly ask, "Do you want anything else?" She keeps looking at me. Please stop bothering people while they're eating.

20/10/2025: We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms aren't four-star; they smell musty and are dirty. The service is nonexistent. We were cold, the heating was off, and after much insistence, they brought us single, very old and worn wool blankets. We also, and I must say, unfortunately, had dinner... There was little choice, and the dishes they brought us were very meager and cold. They were probably pre-cooked and frozen dishes, the ravioli definitely frozen. The four-sautéed pasta dishes are better. Later, I asked for two coffees to be brought to my room along with the restaurant bill, and I had to wait half an hour. On Sundays, they serve breakfast an hour later; I needed breakfast at 6:30, but they told me it wasn't possible and didn't even deduct it from my bill. A truly terrible experience.
