30/03/2025: Very convenient near the Parma Ovest toll booth (from the A15 towards Milan), we only ate torta fritta and mixed cured meats, all very good. Very kind staff. The menu features many dishes of the typical cuisine of the area. We will return to try them

21/03/2025: Today, along a journey, I stopped outside the Fornovo motorway exit and "stumbled" into a place that, at first glance, looked like a bar. But as soon as I entered the entrance, I immediately realized that it was something very different. This corner of the Parma area, managed with passion by the Torri family, is actually a real taste boutique, a temple of the local agri-food tradition. The menu? A journey into flavors and aromas that tell stories of territory and quality. Every dish, every product is the result of careful research and suppliers selected with the utmost attention. Their motto, "DEFEND, RESPECT AND ENHANCE THE TERRITORY BY EATING IT", resonates strongly with the values ​​that we also try to carry forward in our social workshop. Ultimately, our mission is similar: helping the community, protecting our territory and making it known, enhancing it through what is most precious: our gastronomic tradition. A place where you can not only eat, but have an authentic experience. If you're passing by, stop by. It's really worth it.

13/11/2024: Siamo tornate dopo parecchio tempo in questo locale che abbiamo trovato rinnovato e gestito da giovani ragazzi sempre della famiglia della “vecchia” gestione. Ragazzi molto gentili e disponibili anche per domande e/o consigli. Noi i siamo divise un cupitiello di terra veramente ottimo che, nonostante il fritto, non ha dato problemi di digestione. A seguire degli ottimi paccheri marechiaro a base di pesce. Qualità davvero buona e prezzi onesti.
