23/05/2025: First time I had lunch in this restaurant and I had a really great time. The portions are right and perhaps even abundant, very good food and fast and efficient staff. Good cold cuts and the tortelli in trios are special. The interior of the restaurant is rustic but well kept. A little hidden but for this very quiet. I was very impressed.

18/05/2025: I put one star because there is no option to put zero. EVERYONE who wants to sit down MUST consume as if it were Piazza San Marco. Poor service. They were badly positioned and the coffee was also disgusting.

25/05/2025: Finally a good milkshake! Here they really know how to make it!! In other ice cream shops in Parma they make you dirty milk... here instead the real milkshake! Very good sales assistant!

21/05/2025: Today 28 July 2024, at approximately 10.30 pm I came across an unpleasant situation, being an ice cream shop with an electronic ordering machine, I chose a product which only after paying I was told was out of stock, neither on the screen nor with other warnings was I warned of this, when picking up the order I was told "it's finished" consequently I was given a product that was worth less than what I paid, with a face annoyed by the person who was asked for advice on how to resolve the problem.

30/05/2025: The cut was very tough meat and the hamburger was burnt, and we spent too much... I'm sorry but I won't go back.

23/05/2025: Very nice place, good food, but......... table for 7 people, ordered 6 pizzas and a steak. In any restaurant the waiter asks if he can bring everything together so that everyone can dine at the same time. At most he does it on his own initiative, in fact since the waiter didn't ask, we took it for granted.... Instead the steak arrived almost immediately after ordering, while the pizzas arrived 20 minutes after the steak was finished (and I went very slowly, always hoping for the pizzas to arrive), I basically had dinner alone with 6 people looking at me.... Very unpleasant and unprofessional. We were all a bit disappointed, we didn't expect it given the experience of the place, which wasn't even very crowded..... Needs to improve

18/12/2024: I've tried many from Parma, and for me Pelco beats them all. I was looking for a slightly sweeter coffee, I found theirs delicious, and now I get it from them. Stop by and you'll appreciate the difference

19/05/2025: A well-kept place with a retro feel, especially the entrance instills a welcoming and warm feeling in the customer. Fried cake rather greasy and not "compliant" in my profane opinion with the standards of the Parma hills. Cold cuts platter offered in discount quality. Anolini in broth satisfying but not full of flavour, even if executed and balanced correctly. Pumpkin tortelli and stuffed tip nothing memorable but worth the price on the menu. I would like to draw a veil over the service and not turn a blind eye but two ... discreet quality-price ratio and in line with other places with equal merit and competence.

04/05/2025: Entrare in questa osteria è un salto nel passato. Il cibo fatto come una volta tutte le volte che vengo mi fa ricordare il cibo che mi faceva la mia nonna. Grazie davvero per avermi fatto riaffiorare questi ricordi.
